The guys in the shop were nice and attentive. My bike was repaired a day later than anticipated. They replaced my broken chain and tweaked something to do with the gear shift. A part needed to complete another problem is on order. They will email/text me when the part has arrived. I will come back for any other bike maintenance.
Team Trek guys are way better at changing out a flat than I am. 10/10 will bring them more flat repairs so my bike and I can keep rolling.

staff was extremely helpful with an online order I stopped by to pick up. There was an issue with the company that handles the online ordering process, but they took care of it and I was able to pick up my item, plus a couple more things.
The staff was very helpful and efficient. Our flat tired was promptly repaired and we were back on the road in 15 minutes.

I visited Freewheel Bike in Richfield to have my wife’s TREK Verve2 repaired- rear hydraulic brake not working and an issue with shifting. Andrew quickly assessed the bike, figured out we had a leak and a bent derailleur. He checked to see if he had the brake parts on hand, he didn’t, but found them at another location and told me I could leave the bike and he’d have it fixed early the following week- I dropped it off on a Friday. Got a text msg at 7:59pm that the bike was fixed on Weds evening and picked it up yesterday and all works great. It’s a terrific, efficient bike shop staffed by bike guys who know their stuff and take care of business. Thanks much
