Trek products are always of great quality. I particularly like the customer service at the Ardmore, PA store. Even when the staff is busy working on a bike or helping another customer, they always acknowledge you when you walk into the store. Bonus that the staff is very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you stuff that you dont need.
Ben is a top-notch bicycle and associated gear enthusiast and salesman.
He is also quite upbeat while answering customer questions with care and detail.
I have worked with him over the phone twice and multiple times in the store.
On my second visit to the store, Ben helped me determine which of two endurance
bikes I liked would be best for me. He said that bike would be coming in before May.
On my third visit to your shop, I test-rode the 58cm Cannondale Synapse Carbon 4 red bike.
Ben made adjustments to it to make it fit me better. After a four mile test ride, I bought it!
The other sales and mechanic staff onsite are also friendly, skilled and pleasant to be around.
Although I live an hour's drive north, CycleMania is now my local bike shop!

Great people to deal with on all aspects of cycling. We have bought Treks and accessories over the years and trust their recommendations. My only complaint is that when you bring in a bike/trike/cycle for repairs you do not get a statement of work performed only a total owed.

Great customer service...awesome inventory and if they dont have it, they will tell you when its coming in. They have a great service area which make you'd feel comfortable leaving your bike there to get the service it needs. They are upfront that they wont rack you when it comes time to pay and pickup your bike. 10 plus stars and thumbs up. Thank you
