They've been very honest with me. This last time. I came in thinking I needed a new bottom bracket, they checked and all I needed was for it to be lubed and tightened. I have nothing but positive interactions with the sales staff and the mechanics. They seem like great people.

I came in for new tires and I was immediately helped with a TON of information, both empirical and anecdotal (i was told by both associates which tires they were currently running, which was great!). They set the tires up for me quickly and even washed my wheels for me! I love having the Trek store so close to my house, any time I need something they're a great resource!

The saleswoman was super friendly when my husband and I showed up an hour from closing, along with 5 other people. She was upfront and honest about what they could complete and was super nice about asking if we could come back the next day to finishing preparing the bikes.
