Craig did a great job getting my bike in tip top shape and kept me informed throughout the process. He made recommendations without making me feel like he was just trying to upsell me. There were a number of choices to be considered with my first E-bike. They let me test drive a few of the models so that I better understood the differences in the electric motor assist. I chose the Electra with the 9 speed shifter. Can't wait to take it out in nicer weather.
Trek Store employees are so knowledgeable about their individual products. Big shout out to Michael for knowing exactly what would fit my model of bicycle and the type of biking I was looking to explore. He matched me perfectly.
I knew I wanted a TREK cruiser so after calling the College Ave. location about my options, I choose to order from TREK directly and have it delivered and built there. Delivery was quick and the build was just as quick. (I delayed picking up as it was Easter weekend & I was not in town.) Old gray hair that I am, I was pleasantly surprised to be approached as I entered the store by two well-versed guys, one younger, one older. I saw my beautiful Electra hibiscus 1,3,7 step-through bike hanging on the ready rack right in front of the check out counter. The young man presented it and offered to tweak the seat height for me. He adjusted it to my liking (which I later realized at home that I still needed to lower it --- as in my head I was 40, but in reality I am 67.) I observed as he used a cool little hex wrench to loosen & tighten and check for straightness. As I stepped over the bike, I caught my foot and realized that it might take a minute to reacquaint myself as I've been riding a Schwinn trike for several years. The young guy was so respectful. He did not panic at my old lady foot tangle, but stood near in case I went down. I think. I don't know, but he was very kind. The older guy did the paperwork and also assisted w/raising the handle bars for me. He offered to help me load it, but I declined, stating that I'd have to figure it out for myself eventually, but I said I'd be back in if I couldn't make it happen. These guys were great. I'll refer folks to this place and I'll stop back in if/when I need something ( a hex wrench.) They made very little profit from our exchange as I ordered direct and they built it w/o charge. Good guys, great attitude, great knowledge. Happy camper.

Brand new to road biking and had lots of questions. Matt took extra time to explain and it was so great greatly appreciated.
Sales person was professional , knowledgeable and friendly . He was not pushy and made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable . Also we bought another bike in for tune up and after looking at they said only needed break work so didn’t charge us for the time up just the break work , very honest people .
