Trek bikes have always been my "go-to" brand. There are a number of Trek stores in the area. Far and away my favorite is the Cottonwood store. I purchased my first e-bike there four years ago and have had great service and attention with it. I recently sold it on-line and just recently purchased another Trek e-bike at Cottonwood. (I'm a senior so I like pedal-assist).
As I have observed all the personnel are customer centered and seem to love bikes. I assume that is related to the leadership of Store Manager, Rylie. She is outstanding.

A very easy, low-pressure experience. Blake, the salesperson, had a lot of knowledge about the particular bike I was looking at and worked hard trying to track it down. Service was ready with the bike pretty fast, and unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me go over my suspension, but he was quite knowledgeable too. I will definitely come here more frequently for my cycle needs.
