I have worked in the hospitality field for over 35 years. I spent many working for Marriott, and have been fortunate enough to experience great customer service while on their team. NOTHING compares to the service you get at Syracuse Bicycle. I have purchased 5 bikes from them, and come in for service on those bikes. Every single time I am blown away by the customer service that is provided. It really is as good as it gets.
Went to pick up my new bike after ordering it over the weekend. The gentleman that helped me. Walked me through the entire bike. I think I was there about an hour, I was also buying a few other things but couldn't be happier with the service I got from alter ego sport. Highly recommend the products and services they offer.
The team at Astro Cycles was really great to work with. They made an extra effort to help me out on a tight timeline. Their location is perfect and very accessible. And their workmanship is professional and transparent. I will definitely be going back for my future biking needs.

Very, very knowledgeable!! Learned a lot about how to choose a bike, and feel very confident that we got the best recommendations for our needs. Appreciated the opportunity to test-ride along the lake, much easier to get a feel for the bike outside instead of in-store.
