The store itself is nicely laid out, spacious, bright, clean and great selection of bikes. We were immediately greeted by Jason. Jason is an extremely informative sales associate, with a wide range of product knowledge on bikes and accessories. He spent a lot of time with us inside and outside while testing e bikes. We never felt rushed or pressured. Since we were looking for 2 e bikes, possibly 3, we shopped around a bit. We decided to purchase from Ridley's as we appreciated the professionalism and service provided by Jason. The purchase transaction went smoothly, with 1 bike having to be ordered in. Jason kept me up to date and was quickly available for any questions. The bikes were pre assembled and ready to go. I would definitely recommend Ridley's for bike purchases.
Zur Produktfrage: ja, die Räder von Riese und Müller finde ich erstklassig. Und ich werde bei dieser Marke bleiben. Besonders klasse finde ich aber auch den Service. Obwohl gerade in der warmen Jahreszeit viel los ist (und Personalmangel) nimmt man sich für den Kunden und die Reparatur so schnell wie möglich Zeit und ist kompetent und freundlich. Vielen Dank!
