Excellent bike repair/service all the way around, from my phone call to set an appointment to the intake, actual mechanical service, and pick up. You deliver service when you promise or before your estimated completion. Excellent diagnostic work. Excellent communication… via phone, text and in person!

Was helped quickly and efficiently. In and out in under 10min and supported to find a helmet that actually fits. Last shop that supported fitted me with a helmet that was far too loose. Now I feel much safer and happy! Really friendly folks too 😁

Receptive about my problems. I've been there a lot over the last few years. Quick, efficient. Once, a year or so ago, I dealt with someone with such an accent neither of us understood each other, but otherwise that was never a problem.

Team at Rick's shop built me a bike they had but hadn't assembled yet because I wanted a specific bike and color.
The bike was built in 2 hours and I went back to check it out. The bike was great but they said it was a little too small for me.
They offered to build me another bike that same day and had that bike done in 2 hours as well.
The second bike was an upgrade over the bike I had wanted, but was the right size and more expensive.
They adjusted the pricing without me asking
for it and they were right about the first bike being to small.
Also get a free first and 1 year tuneup with new bike.

I have purchased everything from a bike to energy bars at this store and each time, I'm treated as part of the biking community!!! Even if I walk out and don't make a purchase that day the customer service never declined from entry to exit, with or without a purchase.
