Friendly Local Gym, not too many people even during the busiest hours. For anyone in Monroe or Newtown it is a great place for your fitness needs, right next to a good amount of restaurants and the grocery store. They are also always trying to improve the experience in there such as new equipment or arranging the exercise equipment differently.
Everyone is very nice and the club is always clean. It’s also peaceful to workout at this location.

When I was not looking I got old and have not been able to use the gym as much as I would like. Things are looking up and I do expect to use the gym more often in the future. I have always found the staff to be very willing to help with questions and the gym itself very clean and well organized.
