I like the manager and teams friendliness towards me when leaving. I think it would great if when I don't come in for a period of a week that someone calls me to make sure I'm okay. That shows accountability and caring...proactive support holding me to a higher standard. People want to know you care about them. This creates trust.
Your facility is very open and clean. It's not overcrowded. They have a good variety of machines. I usually do not have to wait to use a machine. If I do, it's not very long. The staff are always courteous, and professional.

Justin who is a superior trainer. He works you hard, he is inspiring, he explains and shows you the exercises clearly, expertly with confidence, compassion and kindness. With Justin I am confident that I will reach my goals. I want to be an 80 year old batgirl. I really enjoy working with Justin.

I've been a member at Club 24 for years. The club is always clean. Disinfectant wipes are available throughout the gym.The ladies Bathroom are spotless ,. plenty of lockers are available. Club 24 offers a variety of classes throughout the day. If one of the machines break down it's repaired as soon as possible. A large space to work out with free weights and a very large space for stretching. I haven't taken advantage of the personal trainers but they do offer professional trainers. It's a great place for a good workout. Thank you Club 24
