Club 24 gym is well staffed and has an array of free weights which you don't get at other gyms, in addition to traditional machines. There is a green cross fit style room, also, for private workouts and a massage chair section for recovery!
Every body is very friendly.

I love the New Milford location and how they are upgrading the gym every month with new equipment! Staff is super friendly and trainers are always willing to help you out!

under the new management, the facility seems to be more pro-active into customer feedback on certain aspects. Cleaner, at least in the work out rooms, seems to be addressed. WIFI connection was finally figured out.
Recently my daughters membership had to be cancelled due to her moving to the other side of the state. Very hassle free as opposed to my other daughters membership suspension when she went back to college 15yrs ago.

I like the casual atmosphere without a gym full of roid-heads or just cardio junkies. I've been to Brookfield, Newtown and mainly Wallingford, of the 3 Wlfd is most crowded and i wish to gym was bigger because it feels claustrophobic with all the machice packed in tightly. Also, i wish it had a couple more Bench press benches and a seated free-weight shrug machine.
Brookfield was the largest location with lease amount of free weights, however I LOVED the preacher curling bench there.... put that in Wlfd please.
Wlfd has a lot of damaged or older equipment maybe because its the busiest of the 3 I've too.
Overall great for a small chain gym, friendly staff and good-natured members, no hard sell or the crowds of your bigger competitors in the area.
The gym is always very clean. The employees are helpful, informative and kind.
The staff is amazing and the trainers I have worked with are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Diversity in equipment is great.
