Excellent capacity
There are a lot of diff types of ppl from diff communities and it’s just a really diverse & also welcoming gym that caters to a lot of diff needs like the “posing room”/“yoga thing” with the fight club punching bag &boxing gloves as well as the cardio machines with the movies +the massage chairs and all the yoga balls ect. It’s definitely one of my favorite gyms to go too.
I love the gym. But the music is too loud, especially when the gym is closed.
I like that Club 24 is open for 24 hours.
I love my personal training session with Ben at Ridgefield. He is very thoughtful and helpful in my recovery post surgery.
Clean, comfortable environment. Equipment is in great shape and plenty of machines to use.

Your bathroom needs SERIOUS attention. Smells like a nightclub bathroom in there. Urinals, deodorizers not maintained, mirrors were filthy. The smell of urine is overwhelming. VERY Surprised!!!!
You guys can do a much better job making members feel comfortable in the locker/ bathroom area.
Club 24 is a nice Gym, it has everything you need, nothing you don't. It's a clean, friendly facility.
The people at the Torrington Club 24 are great, they are friendly, very helpful, always greet you with hello and always say good bye.
When you check in they also tell you enjoy your workout.
JUST VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE, MARISSA, AND ISIAH ARE THE BEST.

Samy is a great trainer, Jean is a great yoga instructor, and the facility has lots of equipment. One thing I would adjust: reduce the volume on the music.
I’m very satisfied with Brookfield Club 24 and would highly recommend. It is very clean and doesn’t smell bad when you walk in including the locker rooms. There is a good variety of equipment and you are welcomed when you first walk in by the manager and staff. Keep up the great work Brookfield 24.

Excellent facility availability hours and lack of crowding.
It’s clean. Staff are friendly & helpful. The only downside is parking during 3:30-6. I usually come after 6
The gym is neat and clean, the staff is friendly, and never over crowded. Always a pleasant experience.
Donnie is the best. Hard worker and always very kind and has the best demeanor.
The experience keeps on getting better and now my 2 kids have joined. I feel very comfortable with him watching them and making sure they are working out properly.
