Club 24 has just the right amount of equipment that I need. Club 24 has helped me work on getting back into shape and living a more healthy lifestyle as when I came in I was near 290 pounds and after about 10 months I am down to about 255.

very friendly. The equipment is up to date and accommodates all my needs. My Personal Trainer Julian is excellent. He's extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in my training. The other members are also very friendly and are always willing to help. I would never go to any other gym other than Club 24 Torrington.

Convenience and friendly staff
The gym serves its purpose and the previous GM showed concern for such. Curious as to why Andrew is no longer the GM. Andrew seemed vested in improvements and customer communications. The gym needs to have WIFI available to members to stream music when working out. Also, the men's bathroom has been a disaster- carpet is nasty and numerous drainage issues. Apart from that, pump it up!

Brian T is a wonderful experienced professional trainer. The other staff members Rita & Dwayne are friendly and go out of their way to be kind and helpful. I like that the music being played in the gym has been turned down. At one point it was so loud I had to leave because I had a panic attack. It was ridiculously loud. I mentioned it the next time to Rita and since then it has been at a reasonable level. She even asked me once if the level was ok and did I want it turned down.
The gym is spacious and availability of machines/equipments is timely. Friendly customer service reps and gym attendees.
It is convenient for me. You eventually get to know some of the participants.
I love the 24/7 access to Club 24! The gym is clean and equipment is in good working order. There are always available machines for whatever workout I want to do, and the front desk staff does a great job of greeting and saying goodbye to every member, upon entering and exiting. It means a lot, and I'm encouraged to visit more often.
Aside from having a personal trainer, (who by the way is fantastic--Zach) the rest of the staff is like family! (By the way-I really like my family!!) They are caring, totally knowledgeable of the equipment, and caring to all who enter! (I would like to extend a special thanks to the following--My trainer Zach, General manager Isaiah, and support Staff Sarah, who makes every visit enjoyable!
The equipment available is worth the cost of the membership. The members clean up B after themselves for the most part.
