Joining your facility was one of the best decisions I have made all year I started at 450lbs and now I am down to 383lbs love how much equipment you have and the energy is amazing from the friendly and helpful staff to the members as well everyone there has a goal and purpose and are very friendly

Machines are new, they all work and they are clean. The re-design of the layout is great. I really like how the exercise room is now in the back of the facility for floor work.
The staff is very friendly and considerate. The machines always in excellent working condition (excet the ab machine).The hours are convenient. The mint/chocolate protein drink is delicious!!!

The facility has everything I need and more. Thr gym is not too big nor too small. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The training session fees were too high, but also unnecessary.
