I like how the machines are easy to use. Everyone is friendly and I feel comfortable there. I like how they offer personal time with the trainers with your membership. The staff is very nice too and if you just have a simple question they try to do everything they can to help.

I left the wallingford ymca because they seemed to be closed more that they were open and charged twice as much as club 24. Its been six months already and I like it a lot. Everyone at the desk is friendly and helpful and overall the clientele is nice also.
24 hour availability
The gym is great. Staff is awesome. Donnie is the best. Vibe at gym is also great. Only thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi. It’s basically non existent in the weight room.

I like the manager and teams friendliness towards me when leaving. I think it would great if when I don't come in for a period of a week that someone calls me to make sure I'm okay. That shows accountability and caring...proactive support holding me to a higher standard. People want to know you care about them. This creates trust.
Your facility is very open and clean. It's not overcrowded. They have a good variety of machines. I usually do not have to wait to use a machine. If I do, it's not very long. The staff are always courteous, and professional.
