Guys at the check-in counter were super nice and helped me set up my account and informed me of the new app. The gym offers a vast variety of fitness equipment with multiple different rooms if you want a more private workout experience. The women’s locker room was very clean as well, big plus!

Well equipped, manager is a great example for people embarking on a fitness journey.
The gym is probably the best one in Torrington in my opinion. The staff is also great.
Zumba classes are very erratic. I am looking forward to the new location in New Milford. Hope you can get people on a consistent basis for Zumba and look into other kinds of classes as well. Shake your soul gentle yoga would be a nice addition.
