The think the management staff is extremely polite and welcoming. The PT staff have great personality and knowledgeable. The facilities have all the equipment you could need to self improve with free weights for more advance users. The also have a movie room for cardio which is a great idea.
All that for the price is a really great value!!!
Why not a 10 then you might ask, well I am sure its coming but I have only been a member for 2-3 weeks so I would say my first impression is really, really positive.

The gym is nice and clean. Front desk personnel is very friendly. Zumba classes are great specially Saturday morning

I like the facility and all the staff are all great. I don't give 10 stars because I wish the gym was open longer. Sometimes I want to go at 10PM but the gym closes by then. On the weekends I can't even go at 7 or 8PM because the gym closes even earlier. I know the staff works hard so I don't blame them for this.

Gym is clean and staff is extremely helpful and want you to succeed!
The gym is not perfect and could use some updating, but the staff is wonderful. Nathalie is always so sweet and welcoming. Julian clearly knows his job. Matt is very attentive. Isaiah is such a hard worker. You can tell he wants the best for the gym. Lots of new staff I still have to get to know, but these 4 are a real asset to the gym.
