I like the no-hassle interaction. Staff greets me when I enter and says goodbye when I leave, but other than that I am left alone to do me "gym thing."

I like the variety of machines available, friendly atmosphere, how you are greeted upon your arrival and departure, and I enjoy group classes.

Price, music, cleanliness (except men’s room), has mildewy carpet, rusty stall walls. Need some more 10 & 25lb plates also. Other than that everything is great.

Gym is clean. People are friendly. Locker rooms are decent size & clean. Staff is friendly & helpful.
Zumba classes are amazing.

The Club has great equipment that is always in working ,clean and accessible, the staff is cheerful, professional and very helpful, no matter the issue, great or small.
The other members are friendly and courteous to all who join up.
The location is convenient, with plenty of parking.
I highly recommend Club 24 in New Milford, Ct.

Welcomed upon entry

I like the size of the gym - not too big or too small. I like that it's now open 24/7, the staff is friendly and the equipment is kept in good working order. I've been a member of the Newtown gym since it opened.

It is a perfect facility for my needs. It is a peaceful place to work out. My only comment is that the urinal in the men's locker room is not functioning again.
