Your bathroom needs SERIOUS attention. Smells like a nightclub bathroom in there. Urinals, deodorizers not maintained, mirrors were filthy. The smell of urine is overwhelming. VERY Surprised!!!!
You guys can do a much better job making members feel comfortable in the locker/ bathroom area.
Club 24 is a nice Gym, it has everything you need, nothing you don't. It's a clean, friendly facility.
The people at the Torrington Club 24 are great, they are friendly, very helpful, always greet you with hello and always say good bye.
When you check in they also tell you enjoy your workout.

Samy is a great trainer, Jean is a great yoga instructor, and the facility has lots of equipment. One thing I would adjust: reduce the volume on the music.
I’m very satisfied with Brookfield Club 24 and would highly recommend. It is very clean and doesn’t smell bad when you walk in including the locker rooms. There is a good variety of equipment and you are welcomed when you first walk in by the manager and staff. Keep up the great work Brookfield 24.

I like Club 24 because it offers diverse workout options. I purchased a training program and am so glad I did! My trainer is very knowledgeable and is an exemplary leader. I also enjoy the options of the weight room, movie room (not as often but nice to have), cardio variety, and hydro-massage tables. I’m all in!

Everything .. the staff and the 24 hour open access … Not only that theres alot more to the gym than just lifting machines and cant forget about the massage chairs!
