I love how clean the facility in New Milford (Still River) is and the friendliness and approachability of the staff. The arrangement of the machines / floor layout is excellent and I love that Club 24 is consistently adding new things to the gym! The price is also a HUGE appeal.

I's a nice environment to work out with a fairly large selection of machines and room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

For the price - great gym and great equipment. Lockers could use an occasional wipe out - easy to do and needed as people put their shoes in the lockers and they are all full of dirt from the shoes.
Also, please instruct your trainers to wipe down the machines. There are trainers who don't ever wipe down the machines when they work out themselves and even worse, they don't have their clients wipe them down after they use them. If you want people to wipe down machines - why not teach them that via the trainers?

Easy access to the machines on most days. Equipment is clean and in good working condition . The staff is friendly and helpful. The hours are also good.
I have already gotten two families and one singular friend to join. Love that it has a bit of everything.

They have a huge variety of equipment and lots of space to do your own workouts. The staff are incredibly kind and patient.
I love how you allow 24 hours open for those with the orange membership to use the gym whenever. I love how clean and organized the facility and machines are. And I greatly appreciate how the polite and helpful the staff always is.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The machines and equipment are clean and in good working order. There is plenty of equipment available and the facility is clean.
I love having a room to go do my workouts away from everybody else and the machines. Just makes my workout much smoother and finish faster.
I like:
- The selection of free weights, kettle bells and simple free weight / cardio orientation of the gym. There is a healthy mix of machines in there, also. I normally lift free weights / kettle bells.
- Staff is great.
- The partnership with my health insurance.

Everything is put in a place to where there’s plenty of machines but feels comfortable enough since the machines aren’t awkwardly placed everywhere
I like the fact that you are open 27/7 it gives me the availability i need with my scedule.
