Everyone is so attentive and helpful. As soon as you check in you feel like you’re home;they make it so easy and cozy for kids to feel comfortable in a new environment. Coach Farrell is so patient with our little one and seems to really love what he does.

I love the small classes and I love being able to reschedule easily through the app when life happens. So helpful. My kids are older swimmers, 10 and 12 and they have never felt out of place. Highly reccomend!

Staff is very kind and have excellent customer service. I do not like the school closures during holidays. Sometimes the closures are longer than the holidays. I would appreciate closures are only during the holiday date not 1 or more days. Thanks!
Sienna's swimming skills has improved drastically. From scared of the water to enjoying going under water and floating on her back. Both the instructors and front desk staff are amazing and professional. The facility stays clean and the app is user-friendly.

The teachers are all excellent, staff are always SO warm and helpful, and all of the change spaces are frequently cleaned and well maintained.

Consistency and fun and friendly coaches as well as knowledgeable
Overall the facility is great. It is clean the staffs are friendly. The cancellation and makeup policies are flexible and easy to navigate. One recommendation is that when it is your first time there especially level 2 the instructor that are teaching the session should be notified and give you a little more direction and attention so you feel a bit more comfortable and not lost.
