We absolutely love the staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Always kept very clean and my child has come a long way from his first class. Kenzie and Allie are wonderful coaches and always so sweet. Would highly recommend swim lessons here!
It is an amazing program I’m glad I don’t have to worry about my daughter being mistreated or not watched properly. The ratio is perfect and sometimes you get lucky and there’s less than the usual amount of children. The instructors are super nice and friendly to the kids. I’ve seen how patient they are with other crying children. I only gave it a 9 because it may not be affordable for some people.
The instructors are so great with our girls and really teach and motivate them. Our kids are already much safer in the water than they’ve ever been after only a month of lessons. We are grateful for the school!

The lessons and coaches are all amazing and so good and focused with the kids. However I’ve been noticing lately that there is an increasing amount of insanely short shorts from some of the females on staff. I have seen literal butt cheeks out twice now in the last couple weeks (once today actually and it was the deck supervisor so they were dry it wasn’t just a wet pair of shorts riding up) which is not appropriate with so many young children around. I know they’re young girls but there’s a time and a place and at a job concerning young kids I would expect more coverage.
Everyone is so nice
The swim lessons have been great for all 3 of my boys. Overall, they are much stronger swimmers. I can see them gaining more confidence and they are always happy to attend. We love it!
The coaches are very good with my child. They explain what they are teaching so she understands.
Amazing staffs
In just a few short classes I feel we have made tremendous progress. We just got a new coach and are very happy with her. She is engaged and gives great feedback.

We absolutely love Aqua-Tots! Both of our boys started swimming here at 4 months. This has helped them become so confident and comfortable in the pool. The staff is so friendly and encouraging. You can tell they truly care about developing our kiddos into lifelong swimmers. They prioritize water safety and make lessons so much fun! It’s always the highlight of our week!

Our experience at aqua tots heartland has been great and recommend it to any of our friends looking for a swim location!
The instructors are generally good. The shoe rack are key! The only thing is the temperature of the showers. There has to be a way to regulate. It gets way too hot for the kids, sometimes even myself.
Coach Jordan he is amazing and my girl enjoy the classes a lot with him. he spent every minute doing exercises and he is really patient
Lillianne was having a hard time adjusting to swim lessons but the teacher kept trying and now she is better putting her head under the water
