The staff is kind and friendly, the classes are fun & affordable.
I really like the lady in charge and the other assistant that works there in the morning hours they are very friendly and answer all your questions. They also work to help you feel comfortable and they’re on top of the cleanliness in the facility.
I highly recommend this swimming school. I especially want to highlight the instructor's work—she is incredibly patient and empathetic with the children. Her friendly, hands-on approach builds so much trust, helping my son feel confident in the water and truly enjoy every class. Thank you so much for your dedication!
All the teachers are amazing, very friendly atmosphere. Very easy to work with when it comes to make up classes and changing anything you need!

Shaniya is such a great instructor. My daughter has grown so much in her class, both in skill and confidence. The front desk workers are also very sweet, helpful and welcoming, and they also contribute to giving my girl confidence in herself.
My children look forward to going each time, they trust the teachers, and have improved their skills since starting. It has been a great experience
The staff at Aqua-Tots is just incredible! Everyone is so kind a encouraging towards my very nervous toddler. He loves swim (even though he still gets nervous at the beginning of class) and has learned so much. It's just been a great thing for him and his confidence!
We love all of the employees. They are so caring and supportive of each child’s swim experience and journey. The owner is very social and tangible. It feels comfortable each time we go for a swim class. The parents are friendly with one another. I don’t have anything bad to say!

Awesome coaches who are genuine about what they do and they take the class seriously so kids are not just playing in the pool but learning new skills always. They evaluate kids fairly and do not just let them move up based on parents / kids pushing …

The small classes allow the instructors to focus their attention on each student. Our instructor (Sydney) has been so lovely with our son. He is only five months old and Sydney has made his swimming experience (and mine) enjoyable and comfortable.
El couch Javier y el couch Angel son muy amables y pacientes con los bebés y siempre hay algo nuevo que ellos puedan enseñar a mi bebé ella a dado un avance enorme desde que entro hace mas de 1 año siempre lo recomiendo

Giáo viên dạy cho con tôi rất tuyệt vời, con thích chương trình và rất hạnh phúc được đi học bơi, chúng tôi rất quý các giáo viên ở đây.
Tuy nhiên, có 1 điều tôi muốn nói thêm là chương trình hơi cứng nhắc, không linh hoạt trong việc thay đổi kế hoạch học tập. Lúc đầu tôi đăng ký cho con học 1 buổi 1 tuần, nhưng do trong hè có thời gian, tôi muốn con tôi học 3 buổi 1 tuần, mong muốn trường sẽ thay đổi lịch học so với ban đầu để rút ngắn thời gian học. Nhưng trường không thể thay đổi lịch học, cứ phải giữ nguyên lịch 1 buổi 1 tuần như ban đầu. Tôi ko thể điều chỉnh lịch học của con cho phù hợp nên rất ảnh hưởng đến các kế hoạch khác. Mong trường có phản hồi về vấn đề này. Tôi cảm ơn!

We've had a very positive experience with Aqua-Tots. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff consistently make us feel welcome, and the facility is always clean, organized, and well maintained. Those qualities give us confidence that our daughter is in a safe and supportive environment.
One area that could make the program even stronger is instructor engagement. While the instructors are kind, I believe there is an opportunity for more consistent one-on-one interaction and individualized coaching during lessons so that every child remains actively engaged and continues progressing with confidence.
Overall, we're very happy with our experience and appreciate the team's hard work. Thank you for creating such a positive environment for children and families.
