Student Testimonials
Everyone is friendly, attentive to the children, and encouraging.
Staff is amazing and Coach Katherine is great with the kids.
Everyone there is so friendly and has been super nice about being accommodating to our scheduling restrictions since my daughter is only a level 1 and we live in Denton and aren’t able to make the already regularly scheduled classes due to work. We did not want to quit swim since she has such a great time so we are so grateful they were able to make a class for us! Front desk staff is always super friendly. Chance is amazing and so is Eva. My daughter is making great strides with Eva as her instructor and she really adores Eva.
My daughter loves her instructor.
We love with our swim instructors, Darius and Tiffany. Our daughter has learned so much in just 6 months of going to aquatots. It's a highlight of her week!
Swimming coaches are awesome friendly and very attentive to all the kids shout out to Kylie is just beautiful and Nathan is just hands down fun
The coaches are so kind and encouraging, and we truly see improvement with our daughter’s swim skills each week.
Love the teachers and front desk staff
My daughter is confident there, the instructors are all great working with toddlers! I'm seeing her skills progress weekly and when we swim in places outside of the school.
The best team friendly
Location, clean facilities, friendly staff
The instructors are great, the front desk staff are awesome as well! I just wish the bags for the wet clothes and diapers would stay filled and it took awhile for the dryer to get fixed. Other than that I love aqua tots!
I like how structured and organized the lessons are. They work on several different skills every class.
Great facilities
Great customer service with the coaches and front desk
Great app for booking and seeing progress
Really appreciate the ability to move levels based on childs progress and reschedule classes as needed
Cost is high and is really the only downside as it has increased quite a bit from when we originally signed up and have two kids enrolled
Because it’s a nice swim school and the classes are fun
Both my kids have become so much more confident swimming and have really learned so much. Aquatots definitely pushed them out of their comfort zone by having them learn to go under water starting at the first lesson, but the results have been amazing and now they both love jumping into the pool and swimming under water. It’s invaluable to know my kids now know how to stay safe in water and will be strong swimmers.
Instructors are great
The way the staff work with the kids. It takes a great deal of patience
The app is easy to navigate. The staffs are helpful and responsive. I love the feedbacks that the instructors give after lesson to see my kid's progress. The lessons are fun and I can see my daughter starting to love swimming.
The facility is kid-focused which makes the swimming experience more enjoyable for both my kid and myself. The pool is heated to around 90F and treat with minimal amount of chlorine so it is not harmful to both parents and child.
Previously I have given lower ratings, but lately the service has improved, and I have felt very satisfied with the service.
We love Aqua tots so far! The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and my daughter loves her swim teacher!
Great customer service
We're loving the swim classes! Only improvement I recommend is more frequent deep cleans in the bathrooms - they're a bit mildewy.
THE NEW RENO's!!! Extra bathrooms we're soooo needed! Looks great!
My son loves his coach and (mostly) everyone is very kind. The reason it cannot be a 10 is because we have had a very bad experience with another instructor that was covering his regular one and so the experience is coach-dependent.
I think that the coaches my son have done a great job. Some have definitely been better than others, but that is expected with different experience levels and personalities. Coach Faith was by far above and beyond and the initial reason we continued with Aqua Tots. She gave my son confidence and was patient with him and also moved him to new skills when he was ready. I also really like Mary Kate. She has not taught my kids, but is always friendly to them and me and very welcoming! I feel safe with my son in the pool and he is well cared for as well! The dressing areas are always clean, although sometimes they are a bit slippery and me and my son have both slipped before. We will be continuing through the fall, then take a break and will be back mid spring and summer!
Great staff
Perfect
Coach and staff are great!
I’m impressed with my kid’s fast progress. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the kids really listen to them. The app also makes it easier to manage our schedule/classes.
