A very good academy; all the staff are very attentive, friendly, and patient. The environment is so clean.
The coaches are great and provide very detailed feedback while the front desk staff and very welcoming. They also try as best as possible to accommodate changes, requests and support with everything.
We love the clean facilities, the kind staff, and the progress the kids have made with their weekly lessons.
All the coaches are wonderful, patient and never stop encouraging the children. But there are some favorites of are because they go above and beyond at the Ruccio Way Branch. We LOVE: Coaches Ellie, Grace, Claudia and Allie!
Maddie is patient and awesome with first time swimmers.
Everything! Everything has been amazing. The staff, they're all so kind and amazing with the children. My daughter enjoys her classes. Even when she's having a rough day the staff are so kind and caring to make sure that she's ok. I've liked the location so much that i did convince my co worker to try it out and now our daughters are in the same class. It really is an amazing environment and i love seeing how she's improving on her swimming
Organized, kid having fun and learning a lot. Teachers are well trained.
Progress that kids are making and feedback we recieve from coaches really helps to keep up.
Everyone is friendly and the feedback every session from the coach is beneficial
Love the convenience and process, but the only reason i take a point off is that there seems to be a high turnover in swim instructors. Every time we like someone, sure enough they leave and we have to find another instructor that my son likes.
In just 3 months my kids have learned so much and have built an enough confidence to swim by themselves. The main reason for putting my kids in swimming was for them to have confidence in the water and aqua tots and their instructors have done just that.
I love the flexibility of multiple time slots! I like that there is a make up class option even if you have to cancel 2 hours before. My daughter loves her current coach a lot
I gave a 10 because we’ve had a great experience. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and make the classes fun. We’ve seen great progress, and we’re very happy Thank you!
Coach Grayson is the best!
The staff is friendly and knows my child by name. They are constantly cleaning which is nice given the volume of people that attend lessons all day.
Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Good instructors.
Aqua-Tots is an amazing swim school, the instructors are very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The instructors are really good with the students. The small classes make a difference, children receive more attention which makes it more comfortable to learn. It’s good to see the children interact with each other. Front of the school staff are excellent representatives of your swim school. The facility is very clean. It is a most welcoming swim school.
Well organized
Great instructors and community
The kids really seem to get the hang of things and I like how the instructors give us updates on what they need to work on and how they can improve
well organized. really appreciate feedback at the end of every class. Calm and patient instructor.
My child is gaining confidence and skill in the water, and loving it. We take our classes with Josh and he spends every minute productively. He is great at building trust while at the same time pushing beyond the comfort zone and providing coaching and feedback. We're very happy with our experience at Aquatots.
My grandkids have learned alot since they started this class.
