Excellent customer service. Only things to improve would be having the cost a touch more affordable and having more consistency in instructors. My son in Level 3 had 6 instructors during his first 6 classes. Hoping for the same coach who can more closely track his progress.

Swim instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful, front desk is kind and also helpful. Aqua tots has helped me feel comfortable with having my baby around water and has taught him the necessary skills to get himself out of a dangerous situation. Absolutely love Aqua Tots and everything they have done for me and my baby! Highly recommend to anyone of any age.
Kids have made a huge improvement. Coaches meet them where they are at and are patient. Small classes feel safe!
The best coaches and you can change your schedule whenever you want and they're really nice and they teach the kids really good
I feel as though my child is advancing beautifully. It's really nice to see him power through and his hard work is paying off. The instructors are amazing. Always helpful and encouraging.

Me encanta que este todo estandarizado y que el plan de la clase se siga, sin embargo creo que se pudieran hacer mas por desarrollar el nado se que con 30 min a la semana es poco, pero tenemos desde que abrieron asistiendo y mi hija aun no nada de crowl o algo, repito si puede revisar el plan para desarrollar mas la habilidad de natacion .
Otro punto de mejora es la parta de la regadera, veo que tiene una ayuda visual con los cuadros rojo pero no es clara y genera incomodidades , si adicional en los cuadro rojos ponen la flecha dentro del cuadro ayuda .
Pero me encanta la escuela y por eso la recomiendo y tenemos muchos años asistiendo.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. The convenience of the app is useful with my busy 'mom' schedule when I need to cancel and reschedule appointments. The only constructive feedback I would give is that the facility could be a bit cleaner. The glass walls protecting the pool have stains on them, the stalls in the dressing rooms don't seem to be wiped down on a consistent basis, and the pool itself has stains which cause the steps to be slippery, although I understand these can be difficult to remove. Overall, I enjoy coming here and my child has learned a lot of skills.
The make up scheduling is the best when having to cancel original days. The staff is super nice when we come in and know the swimmers by name. Great chill environment

Enthusiastic swim instructors
My son is comfortable in the water thanks to his swim lessons. We are so lucky to have Kori for an instructor, she is kind, engaging, and does a great job explaining!
There were times when they had frequent problems with the closure of the enclosure where the pool was no longer able to be used, now more than 6 months ago I do not remember having had a cancellation or arriving and finding out that the class has just been canceled, I see that they have taken measures to improve this and it shows, since the human quality has always been very good and very welcoming, my daughter Isabella loves Aqua tots Tuesdays she feels very comfortable here and that is thanks to all of you very much thank you !!

Yes we are really happy with Swimming classes and trainers. Nina and Danielle are super great and very nice to kids and they are super awesome. Both are very patiently taking care of classes with both and my kids are very confident in pool and doing great job in short time.
Everyone is very professional and all skilled at their jobs. The facility is clean and well run.
Overall, we've had a very positive experience with Aqua-Tots. The staff and coaches have consistently been professional, friendly, and welcoming. We've also been very happy with each of the swim coaches our daughter has worked with, and we've seen good progress in her swimming skills over the past two years.
I also really appreciate the Aqua-Tots app. It's easy to use for checking our schedule and booking make-up classes, which makes managing lessons very convenient.
The main area I would like to see improved is coach retention and consistency. Our daughter has had at least five different coaches over the past two years. While we've been happy with every coach she's been assigned, each transition takes a few classes for her and the new coach to become familiar with one another and get back into a consistent training rhythm. Greater continuity with coaches would make an already great experience even better.
Overall, we're very happy with Aqua-Tots and appreciate the quality of the staff, instruction, and customer service we've received.
