We’ve had a wonderful experience at Aqua-Tots Swim School. My daughter needed extra help with a specific swim skill in order to move on to the next level, and the staff went above and beyond to support her.
Understanding that every child has a different learning style and pace, Venessa and Coach Arielle worked patiently with my daughter, focusing on the skill she was missing and building her confidence. Thanks to their encouragement and expertise, she was able to master it and successfully advance to the next level.
The main reason is because my child has been there since she was 2 and she loves it.

The swimming instructors are very good and great with toddlers. They are very patience and were able to calm down the toddler. Definitely recommend this school to any parents with a toddler.

We are extremely pleased to have our little guy learning to swim with Aqua-Tots. Our son absolutely adores his instructor, Sydney! Her interaction with the children is truly exceptional—she makes them feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. The facility itself is incredibly clean, and the staff are unbelievably kind and cheerful. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel right at home.
I really appreciate Sylvie’s help and assistance whenever i need it. She always welcomes and helps with whatever issue i have. Also my little one is happy going to Coach Andre’s class on Thursday. He is wonderful with little kids and his class is the best for level one. I wish he was staying in heartland location so i would have put my little one with him for level 2 in January.

Consistency with the coach. Makeup session when we are unable to attend and easy to schedule with the app. Lots of classes to schedule a makeup session.

I really like the way Aqua tots teach swimming. My son love going there.
There is great consistency and structure. Every exercise is offered within the framework of long term commitment to comfort and safety in and around the water.
There is also a good feedback system that is constructive and offers steps for improvement.
Coach Bri-on encourages the kids to try their best, while staying focused, and progressing in skills. My kids both love taking his class and I can see a forward progression of their swimming after each class.
All the instructors are kind. It's a great learning area. Once you go there a lot you become friends with all the instructors and it's great!

The instructors are incredibly patient and understanding with Prince. He has learned so much in a short amount of time, and their calm, supportive approach has made a huge difference in his confidence and progress. We truly feel supported and grateful for the care and attention they give each child.
