Great coaches and great program
Aqua Tots have helped my daughter to swim and have confidence. Brady has been an excellent instructor.
The staff and ease of scheduling
The kids have loved it and learned a lot. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I would like to see the class roster displayed as we have missed being called, it this is just a me not wanting to talk to people thing 😂
All the swim instructors and front staff seem to go above and beyond. They make me grandson feel safe and included.
We’ve had a wonderful experience at Aqua-Tots! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the instructors are amazing with my child. We’ve seen such a great improvement in their swimming skills, confidence, and water safety. Highly recommend Aqua-Tots to any parent looking for a great swim program!
Scheduling is everything, if you can't schedule the kid, you don't get the business, period. Their manager made scheduling a priority and I can tell she is yielding incredible business as result.
We love Aqua-tots! Scheduling is flexible & easy. The staff is always so friendly & helpful. The inside is clean & modern. Pool is always warm. & most importantly our little one is having a great time while learning important & safe swimming skills. We would absolutely recommend to friends & families with little ones.
I think no one's perfect so a 9 is quite close to being impeccable in terms of service and quality of the swim school.

Awesome no expiry swimming pass!
My son has Cerebral Palsy (level 3) that affects his legs. His Coach Julie is incredibly patient with him since he needs support standing/balancing and can have a harder time pushing himself into the water. He loves going to swim and can actually swim by himself some during exercises!
We love this swim school. The coach stays highly engaged in water with the kids, she also breaks down the techniques into simple and fun ways. My child has shown a massive improvement.
The staff are very friendly and care about every child that comes through the door. The instructors are able to mix fun and learning together seamlessly. You feel like part of the family. It's also very clean and well maintained.
