Flexibility and staff
Fantastic classes and coaches with low ratios. A calm environment for the children to learn an important life skill. My only recommendation would be to phase out the offer of lollipops. They are an unhealthy choking hazard which, in my opinion, does not align well with a swim school where you go for health and safety. Overall, we love Aquatots and recommend it to our friends and family.

The staff is very friendly and polite . The trainers are nice and helpful. The trainers work well with the students at their pace, and seem to have a good repore with them.

My son loves his teacher, she does an amazing job keeping the kids on track. We took a short break to start other sports and he begged to come back to aquatots as long as he had the same teacher. Every time we drive by he says “my swim school!”
Aqua Tots is wonderful. My children have made tremendous progress in less than a year. The instructors are kind and well trained. The Facility is very clean and well maintained.
We came for the swimming lessons, stayed for the friendly family vibes and the thoughtful extras like the coffee bar and the art supplies. Always clean, always safe. Managers are always available and approachable - they stay right on top of things. The kids look forward to their lessons every week.
My daughter asks to go to swim class every day. She loves every coach there and is so confident in the water all thanks to aqua tots!
Isntructors are very dedicated, facility is modern and very clean.
The coaches are great. We've had Sherri, Jessica, and Jimmy. They are all very knowledgeable regarding "minnow" swimming and are encouraging but never pushy. My granddaughter loves her pool time!

Customer service provided, care by staff on front desk, good communication, good application on your phone, actual swim coaches are personable with young students, facilities are immaculate, like the smaller pool size, love the option of having one on one if you want it.
Coach faith is so great with the kids and she makes them feel loved and supported while pushing them to grow.
The staff is friendly and courteous, and I like the mastery approach to teaching swimming.
Very welcoming staff. Professional environment. The only thing that I noticed sometimes is some classes start or finish a bit earlier than the 30 minutes mark.
Other than that, everything has been amazing!

The coaches my daughter had coaches Elisa and Ivai and they are so amazing with her and their other students. They make it so she enjoys learning in the water.
The lessons are so easy to schedule, the setup is fantastic, and the instructors push the kids to try new skills while providing lots of love and support.
