I have had a very positive experience with this swimming school. The facilities are clean and well-organized, and the training program is structured and effective. The staff is experienced, attentive, and always friendly, which creates a safe and encouraging atmosphere for learners of all ages. I feel confident recommending this swimming school to anyone who wants to improve their swimming skills in a professional and welcoming environment.
Our kids have really improved! It’s not a 10 because I have the hardest time getting a hold of anyone on the phone or by text to reschedule classes when needed!
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We love our instructor, JL. He is so patient and is doing an amazing job with teaching our little ones. They have already improved significantly in just a month!
My daughter First name removed Heiley Piel started from scratch and we have seen her progress, technique. The only thing I would ask is that they try to keep the same couch so that the performance would be much better.
Coaches are above and beyond. As a parent I’m now confident that my child will be safe around bodies of water.
First and foremost, we love Arshan's instructor, Ella!
She always has a smile on her face with a great and positive attitude. Arshan enjoys his lessons from her and always want to attend his lessons. Ella has created a great bond with Arshan which helps with Arshan following iher nstructions and to keep him focus as much as possible. She keeps her sessions playful yet, educational and tries to push Arshan to the best of his abilities to learn as much as possible. We truly appreciate everything she does for Arshan and recommemd her to every kid! ❤️ Also, we love Aqua-Tots school for it's welcoming staff and environment and it's cleanliness throughout the whole facility.

Tuy nhiên, tôi nghĩ trường bơi nên cân nhắc về chế độ bảo lưu khi có nhiều bạn nghỉ đông, nghỉ hè, chỉ được bảo lưu 1 lần và mỗi lần không quá 1 tháng, trong khi con tôi nghỉ hè 3 tháng về quê, không thể tham gia học được thì sẽ bị lỡ nhiều buổi học.
Truth be told it’s because of Coach Elise and Coach Victoria!!! Coach Elise just goes above and beyond regardless of what’s going on in her personal life. I can’t thank her enough for her understanding, commitment, kindness, compassion that she had for all her kids. I say her kids because she does not treat one differently from the other. Coach Victoria has her way with my youngest. She is the same as Coach Elise. They make it worth coming in. The other coaches that’s been there for a long time are great too. But my boys like who they like and it works for them. I was about to give up because my 4 yr old is autistic and not everyone knows how to handle kids that are non verbal at times or gets overly excited about things. I was about to pull him out of swim even though he loves it but Coach Elise once again went above and beyond. She cares so much!! I’m really grateful for her. The progress my son has made with her is truly incredible.
Everyone is kind and friendly. Madison’s coach Anne is very enthusiastic with great structure that helps her grow!

We have been coming to Aquatots for almost 3 years and have never had a poor experience. Even if we have a class with a coach my daughter isn't used to they are always welcoming, and knowledgeable of where my daughter is in her swim level progress. The front staff are always kind and recognize my daughter when she walks in. The management is impeccable and maintains keen attention to detail to make sure their staff and guests needs are met. The facilities are always clean and dry. The staff is quick to tackle any wet spots to prevent accidents. We visit Aquatots weekly and in the event of illness or an emergency they always are understanding and offer make up classes so that lost time can be made up. We Love the staff here and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family.

My son Wesley is on level 4 and Coach Xavier and Coach Sebastian have been incredibly patient and amazing.
Laney has been an incredible instructor for my daughter. She has grown to be confident with swimming and Laneys consistency has played a large role in that. Every class she knows what each kids strengths and weaknesses are so she can work with them on it.
I do have one issue and that’s the change of instructor without any notice. I do understand needing a sick day or to change up things but it’s hard on the kids. My daughter second day of the week is never consistent and my daughter gains almost nothing from the class because each instructor has their own process to some degree with the steps being the only consistent thing. She has loved all her instructors she’s gotten familiar with but each instructor tells me a new issue that she never had an issue with and it brings my daughter confidence down. It’s hard for her to learn and grow with it when it mostly her lack of trust in a new person (no fault to the instructor - I can’t stress this enough).
I do want to say the staff is always awesome! Any instructor we’ve encountered has been fantastic it’s just hard to change for my daughter when it’s switched up. I will continue to love bringing my daughter here and recommending the Chandler location!
Ashley is Riley’s coach and she’s been amazing with our son. Seeing his progress and all the improvements over time has meant everything to us. All of the teachers have been great, and you can truly feel the care the entire team puts into the kids. Big shoutout to Coach Ashley. We’re so grateful.

The instructors are supportive and communicate well. The staff are accommodating and provide excellent customer service. The facility is always clean. There are multiple day/time options for each level.

I think private lessons are extremely expensive compared to other activities that we have participated in and have had private lessons. I believe my daughter needs the extra attention that she is not able to get in group lessons but the cost is completely too expensive.
