General Manager Danielle also truly listens to parents’ opinions and promptly addresses and resolves any concerns or issues. Love the classes and the teachers. I love how each kid gets their own time even in a group and it’s individualized. The class time are great so if you have to miss one, there’s always another time to do a make up session. The only complaint is how the instructors keep changing with my son’s class. We’ve had 4 different instructors assigned to his class. It’s hard to know who will be teaching that day sometimes.

Everyone is very welcoming. The teachers care! They make you feel as if you’re a family. Christina made me feel comfortable having our daughter move up to level 3 without an adult. My sons teachers Mae him feel safe and cared for !

We have been with AquaTots for 5 years with two children. The pool area is always clean. The chairs for waiting are comfortable. Everything is very well organized and consistent. It is easy for this busy mom’s life.

all instructors that have taught my kid have been very patient, knowledgeable and caring with little ones, I can see that, each one of them adapt to each kids learning style.

The whole system is thoughtful and efficient. The place is clean, it's comfortable and easy to get in and out. My child loves his instructor and we have gone from being absolutely terrified of even trying to swim to home floating independently in just a few weeks. The first lesson was filled with tears, but the instructor was kind, yet firm. She did not give into the tears, but instead empowered him to succeed.
Great faciities, clean comfortable. Teachers are nice and accomdating. Child has progressed very fast and enjoy being in the water. The app is convenient for make-up classes.
I love how felexible our class can be, if you can’t make it you have the oppurtuonity to reschedule your class easily on the app, and i love the instructor’s they are very friendly and talented.

The coaches are all hard working. It's easy to manage classes and get make up classes and also the feedback from coaches after each class gives confidence to the kids as well to the parents.
The staff are very friendly and care about every child that comes through the door. The instructors are able to mix fun and learning together seamlessly. You feel like part of the family. It's also very clean and well maintained.
