We love swimming here!
My child has progressed and we are very happy with the quality of instructors at Aqua Tots. Just wish there were more class options for times for level 07. At level 07, 30 mins is not enough time in the pool and we always try to book back to back (2) classes to have 1 hour. But some days it is hard to find a make up class. Please open up more classes and times!
All staff are friendly, helpful, and supportive of my child’s safety in the water.
Very satisfied! Especially the team was really great to consider our special request and accommodate our concerns to fulfill our satisfaction. The instructor's name is Henry, which is the best! Helping my son who required a special needs! We truly appreciated the help of the entire team!

We’ve been very pleased with everyone we’ve come in contact with. I wish we would have started sooner with our almost 3 year old, but our 1.5 year old is doing wonderful.

We have loved her recent coaches (Abby and Delaney as a substitute). They’re kind and teach skills well and have fun with the kids.
Our daughter is learning at a great pace. The class is well structured with good philosophies and concepts behind each progression. Coach Joe is also great!!

My daughter love it and her swimming teacher is very respectable and patient with her. I like the way that he takes his time to encourage her in learning each lesson. In addition, he is very positive with is encouragement. He truly makes her feel welcome
The customer care is what keeps me. There have been numerous times I've wanted to discontinue my son's classes but the assistance I receive with the concerns I have are dealt with in such a kind and respectful manner.
I recently spoke with Sereena regarding my concern about my son's progress. She immediately without hesitation took it on to help me get him further assessed. Providing 1:1 classes with senior team and after the attention given he has graduated! We had been in the previous level for so long and if it wasn't for her I am certain we would have still been there. She not only listened she put action in place. I am so grateful to her and her help!
I have also appreciated the care that a few other staff members have given me. As a full time solo parent my time is not as flexible. We had so many make up classes - more than I can actually remake and the team was kind and support in providing me alternatives so that I'm not losing the classes.
Sereena and Sylvia are two of my favorite faces and I always appreciate seeing their happy faces when we have class.

We love it here! My preschool aged son was in tears the first lesson which was to be expected, but everyone was so good and patient. On the second and third lesson, he was all smiles. He looks forward to his group swim lessons now. I get to enjoy some complimentary coffee while I watch. The instructor gives instant feedback as soon as class is over which is helpful. The dressing rooms, swimsuit drying machine, hair drying station and the rest of the facility are so nice. My son also is excited for stickers and lollipop after class. This has been the best kid’s swim school we’ve been to!
Tony has been amazing with Amira. He is patient, kind, and incredibly understanding, and you can truly see how much that impacts her confidence in the water. He meets her where she is, never rushes her, and creates a space where she feels safe and supported.
We’ve had a lot of turnover with instructors, and it hasn’t always been easy finding someone Amira feels comfortable with. Because of that, there were times we honestly questioned if we should even continue with swim. But Tony completely changed that for us.
Amira absolutely loves swimming now and looks forward to seeing him every single week—which says everything. He’s the reason we’re still here, and we’re so grateful for him.
Everyone is so sweet who works there, it's super family friendly. The app is awesome to use, really convenient. And my daughters have both learned to swim in their lessons
The lessons are so easy to schedule, the setup is fantastic, and the instructors push the kids to try new skills while providing lots of love and support.

We’ve had such a great experience at Aqua-Tots Heartland, and a big part of that is thanks to Sylvie and Mel at the front desk. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful every time we come in. From checking us in smoothly to answering any questions we have, they make the whole experience feel easy and organized.
Sylvie and Mel both go out of their way to make families feel comfortable and taken care of. Their positive attitudes and great customer service really set the tone as soon as you walk through the door. It’s clear they care about the families and the kids who come in.
