Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly to both my child and me. Front desk staff are welcoming and so quick to help. I’ve been impressed with every swim instructor. They know when to push my child to try something difficult, and when to let her have a break. My kid loves this swim school, and so do I!

Overall, we have had a great experience with Aqua-Tots. The instructors and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and my child enjoys coming to class. The main reason for my score is the quality of the teaching and the positive environment.
One suggestion I have is regarding the facility. I remember when the swim school first opened, everything was always spotless, well-maintained, and every piece of equipment was working. Lately, I've noticed that one of the swimsuit dryers has been out of order for several months, and the overall cleanliness and appearance don't seem quite as sharp as they used to be. I think keeping the facility as clean, organized, and well-maintained as it was in the beginning would make the experience even better.

The coaches are great and the Aqua-Tots team is really great and helpful in any manner whether it be accommodating child to different class, preferred time, preferred coach and also takes time to understand how child is learning and provide feedback at the end of the class. Ensures that the water safety rules are well understood by the children.

My daughter loves going there and all the teachers she's had so far. Her confidence in the water has increased significantly. We went from her not wanting it to touch her face to her wanting to swim underwater. They also stayed on top of getting a special needs private teacher for my son who so far after two sessions seems to be making good progress with him and he loves it. They're very intuitive with the kids and I appreciate it.
We have always had a great experience. We started swim lessons here a couple of months ago and my daughter, Quinn, loves going every Friday. She has had a variety of teachers, but has really enjoyed all of them. We are super thankful for the team of coaches and administrators here at this location that make her visits so enjoyable.
