The instructors have been patient with my daughter, even when she is fussy and my daughter very quickly became comfortable putting her head under water.
We were able to get our lessons scheduled with Anna... she is excellent in her focus on each child, her joy in teaching and her professional response with parents . Catherine who often is at the front is also excellent in response to needs and questions ! She is a great facilitator . I didn't score a 10, because I feel that the facility should hire a separate employee to strictly clean and Mop during the busy times... so many dirty shoes and wet floors... many folks using bathrooms. The chairs and floors need to be mopped with bleach every single night! Over all, we are pleased with our experience!
All of the AquaTots staff has been great, however Coach Matteo is my daughter's favourite. She looks forward to going to her lesson and wants to make him proud. She has really come a long way in the last few months under his guidance. I also love the flexibility of being able to cancel when life gets in the way, and schedule a make-up class. The availability of classes when doing so, is also an attractive feature of Aqua-Tots.
My 4 year old has been going here almost a year. We have seen a few different instructors and all of them are great but my daughter responds best with Montana! She is so sweet with the kids but makes sure they pay attention and participate in class. I absolutely love her!
Some instructors are a bit more experienced and confident. I wish there was a closer location to downtown!!
The instructors are great and have been patient and helpful. I like the pace of the classes and feel they are the right speed and reinforcement for my son.
I love how easy it is to reschedule makeups especially for little one that can throw curve balls at you the day of class. Our teacher Aspen has been great for my daughter as she stays consistent week after week. My daughter is 16 months and she is now always asking when we are going swimming next.
Coach Marz is irreplaceable. She has a such a gift with children of all ages. She continues to excel as a teacher and supporter for my child. I owe a lot of his enjoyment and success to her! The girls in the front also feel like family. We are always being greeted and my son is always being praised for his hard work during class. We're going on a year almost of attending classes and in that time he has graduated 2 times and continues to grow with confidence and technique in the water.
The staff are incredible! Always so helpful and the swim teachers are great! I’m impressed with how far my daughter has come in her year taking swim lessons. Highly recommend aqua tots, especially the Woodhaven location.
The friendliness of the staff, easy make up class scheduling process, availability of classes, the process report in the app and cleanliness of the facility. I also love the cute pouch we just got!

The welcoming feeling Jackie gave us the very first day of swim classes. Her tour of the building and facilities made us and our young son feeling like we made a great decision for his swim lessons. My son loves coming to swim class and checking in with Jackie and of course saying goodbye and getting his sucker. The team at Aquatots makes all the difference. Thank you for that!

My granddaughter was two when she started classes. She had no experience or knowledge of swimming. She’s three now and has confidence, ability to jump in and find the edge and actually swim. Highly recommend Aqua-Tots Louisville.
Coaches Bella and Chloe always make us feel so welcome and are so good with my sweet boy they go above and beyond to make sure that he is progressing in skills while comfortable. I also love the warm friendly atmosphere when you first walk in the staff is incredible. If there was one thing I could change, I would ask for infant changing tables in dressing room so that we didn’t always have to use the big bathroom stall to change.
The teaching is excellent. We appreciate all the coaches Iris has had as she advanced from level 2 to level 4. Alec is a very good coach and he can help children with such different personalities develop their abilities. The staff at the desk are helpful. The facility is for the most part equipped for a swim school. We are happy we found Aqua Tots.
Seems to be a good program that focuses on water safety more than just learning to swim. The cost is reasonable too.

Chương trình dạy bơi của Aqua rất khoa học, rõ ràng lộ trình, giáo viên ko những có nghiệp vụ bơi tốt mà còn hiểu tâm lý con trẻ nên việc làm về mặt tâm lý học tốt, hướng dẫn bơi tốt giúp Con tôi từ một trẻ sợ nước đến giờ là yêu nước, yêu học kỹ năng sinh tồn trong môi trường nước với Aqua, yêu bể bơi học bơi, yêu những giờ bơi của Aqua buổi nào cũng muốn theo học kể cả những hôm nhiều bài vở, hơi mệt. Hy vọng cả hai bên sẽ đạt được cam kết và kết quả bơi như ý khi kết thúc khóa học và sẽ còn tiếp tục học thêm và nâng cao hơn cùng Aqua.
The swimming pool is clean and meets standards. Aqua's swimming program is very scientific, with a clear roadmap. The teachers not only have good swimming skills but also understand children's psychology, so good psychological work and good swimming instruction have helped my child, from a child who was afraid of water, to now love water, love learning survival skills in the water environment with Aqua, love the swimming pool, love Aqua's swimming hours, want to attend every day, even on days with a lot of homework and a bit tired. Hopefully, both sides will achieve the commitment and the desired swimming results at the end of the course and will continue to learn more and improve with Aqua.
The Instructors are pleasant and very patient with my son and all the little swimmers.

The trainers are amazing! We are always welcomed so warmly by the staff at the reception too. My child who was very apprehensive about swimming, is doing so well. I love that he can learn at his pace with a balance of being encouraged to do more.

Aqua tots has been great for both by kids! They both love coming and have made great progress. Both Rad and MK were a huge help in getting my older son over the hump so he could master his skills and move up in level.
The staff is very friendly, and make sure cancelled, reschedule, makeup classes, etc.. are taken care of well in advance.
Coaching is good and they make sure every student gets concrete feedback.
