In less than 4 months at Aqua-Tots, my son went from never swimming alone to loving his time in the water! He’s in Level 3 and still uses his life jacket when swimming on his own, but his confidence has skyrocketed, and he brings so much joy to practicing his lessons

The staff! Our family has never been met with anything but a smile or encouraging words. Even when a problem arose, the staff guided us to a resolution and communicated. My son LOVES swim class days and so do we!
Love how friendly and welcoming the whole team is, and how patient. Our daughter cried for her first four lessons and coach Abdri was so patient with her throughout, encouraging her.
The are some cosmetic updates that would be beneficial (ex. Peeling wall paper in changing rooms), but this are really minor.

My daughter (2.5yrs) loves coming to her swim lesson and seems to be learning a lot, not just to swim but also being in a new environment, following directions, and getting comfortable being around new people (coach, students)

Great staff, very organized! We are extremely happy with the lessons, instructors, and progress our kids are making. We have been happy with all of the instructors but Ian really stands out as being great with the kids, very kind and professional, and he really covered a lot with the group in lis just 1 lesson.
My son learned a lot and gain confidence in the water. The coaches are excellent and very good with kids.

The school has been great for my girls learning and the flexibility of the app and program has been amazing for our schedule.
I do have one recent moment of disappointment. My husband forgot our daughters bathing suit and purchased one at the school, which was convenient and he let her just pick one but he was not thinking about water safety. The first thought when I saw this was this is pale purple and blue and not safe at all in most settings. She loved it and had already worn it so we now just limit its use to swim lessons and splashpads. I took this as a learning moment with my husband but then one week later AquaTots posted a water safety social media on safe swimsuit colors! I was shocked since we purchased the less than ideal color from the store. It is my hope in future purchasing decisions the store in the school supports the safety standards we are being taught as parents. All that said I still love the school 10/10 I just was very disappointed with that recent contradiction between safety language and profit earning sales strategies not seeming to align.
