I think there should be improvements made to do a more thorough job in bathrooms and kitchens. Scrubbing the walls and literally where you see dirt. Get in corners, there is no reason that they can't move/adjust a piece of furniture to get behind it. Also don't forget the TOPS of ANYTHING! DUST
The floors were not cleaned to my expectations. Pills, nap inks, etc. were left behind. I sent pictures to my contact person and she has tried to rectify the problem but it keeps happening.
The cleaners (1st time) did a great job of cleaning.
The cleaner my home is when the maids arrive, it seems the less they do. Having a clean home should make it easier to do a great a job, not an excuse to do average work,

Some time things are not moved to clean underneath just wiped around. Under the couch is never done
They are courteous and treat my home like their own -- taking care to put things back where they found them and especially taking care to keep an eye on my cat! I love coming home to my clean house every two weeks -- and love their notes, too!
The house smells clean without smelling "chemically"
I sent this in an email on Tuesday, but have not received a response:
As you may know, I closed my account on Monday afternoon, due to financial constraints. When i got home Monday evening, I found a few things that didn’t meet expectation, specifically the carelessly made bed (I left sheets to be put on) and the unwired coffee counter. I let it go, because I had closed the account, and these felt like smallish things. When i woke up this morning and could see my home in daylight, I found that the kitchen and living room floors were untouched- not even a thorough sweeping. Surfaces in both rooms were un touched as well.
A gentleman called, Mark I believe, to get my credit card number since I neglected to leave a check. I told him of my concerns, and he offered a re-do. I refused it, because I feel disrespected that I have never had consistent service since I started. I have let things go, as I have been grateful for even the smallest help. However, the lack of care this last cleaning has me just plain angry. I’m looking around my home now, and I see enough cleaning for me not to have had service at all. I am getting angrier by the minute— which is exacerbated by the fact that my money was taken anyway.
I am literally in tears right now. I have no idea what I did to deserve poor service. Furthermore, since I canceled my account because I am struggling financially, it is really unfair and unacceptable that I still had to pay for a bad job. I don’t want people back in my home who think so little of it and me as to give their least amount of care. It makes me uncomfortable. On the other hand, the thought of cleaning up after people I paid well to help me is making me nauseous.
That said, I am changing my mind about the re-do, since that seems to be the only solution. Please let me know what day I can expect a DIFFERENT team to come and do what my team did not. I am expecting a full deep cleaning, with special attention to the kitchen, and with all floors and surfaces dusted/swept thoroughly. At the end of the cleaning, I expect my keys to be dropped back into the building through the mail slot.
I am sorry that I’m having to be unpleasant about this. Again, please let me know when I can expect a resolution. I have pictures if you need documentation.

Waiting for repair of damage to door jam and drawer pill on China closet. My cleaner needed to be more careful not to damage property

You could dust more thoroughly
So far the service has not been reliable in terms of scheduling and when the cleaners show up. Also, when we signed up for the 1-year service, I was under the impression that we would be given a set timeslot. I found out yesterday that we would receive a call every other Sunday to find out when the cleaners would come. If it is routine, I would think we could schedule a set time each week so we can plan around it and not have to discuss every week.
Cleaning throughout my contract period up to this point has been inconsistent - but with the new changes in management I am hopeful that this will improve. My last two cleanings have met expectations and am very pleased - hope it keeps up.

You do a great job, just would like more dusting on top of refrigerator and the last woman who came here was asked to clean the oven. I had to wipe it down (there was white residue all inside after she sprayed but didnt wipe it off) and scrape off the food and dirt that was on the window of the oven door - it was very easy to do with the scrub pad that was easily available to the cleaning woman but who, for some reason, didn't try to use it. She DID remark, "Oh, you cleaned the door and got the dirt off." My reply was "Yes, I used a scrubber lightly on it and it came right off." My husband who pays for your service remarked that I shouldn't have to clean the oven after the woman sprays it when we paid you all $35 extra for the service. In fairness to that maid, she ought to have had some help.
It was too much work for one person when we hadn't had a cleaning in a whole month.
The initial "deep clean" was amazing. Due to family illness, we were unable to keep up our usual standards, in our home, and the first cleaning got us back to normal. It was a nice family. The floors, kitchens, bathrooms and furniture sparkled and shined. The second cleaning was very sporadic. The mantle in the living room was dusty, the chairs in the dining room were dusty too (I had called and specifically asked for them to please dust them) and the bathrooms were nowhere near as clean as previously. I know they spend less time on the weekly cleans after the initial clean, but our entire downstairs floor was missed. We did let the local branch now and we were promised this would be corrected next time. I truly hope so. This is not what I signed up for. However, I will add that all of the Merry Maids employees have been cheery and polite.
Not much. Price is expensive, but worth it.
The workers who came were just awesome. I felt very comfortable with them and when I returned my home was clean and beautiful
The girls are sweethearts! They are always kind and friendly. However, the last couple of visits, my downstairs bathroom & hallway floor haven't been cleaned, although they're supposed to be. Not sure if this is a lack of communication from the office or if it's just been overlooked.
Very clean
Wall to wall carpet now needs to be re-stretched. Back pack vacuum suction strong. Dings in the door trim probably from vac hitting it. Door latch on closet door loose - screws pulled away maybe by the vac catching it. Woodwork and door latch at about the same height. Water spots on painted walls.
Cleaning better dusting etc.
We asked for our heat /ac duct vents to be wiped last week and they were not done.
Overall it has been good, but my one request was ignored.
Don't just dust around things on furniture. Dust baseboards, cabinets and doors.
Cleaners have a Great attitude if I ask something to be done they do it and all in a timely manner NO complaints what so ever
