Try to pair the same team together so they build a relationship with customer. This was they understand what the expectations are.
Floor Mops should only be used if they can change the pads or take off to rinse.,I had someone use a regular mop!
Showers and tubs should be scrub with something other than a majoc eraser.
Last cleaning company I used they would have a supervisor show up unannounced to check on girls work
The only issue was that I have hardwood floors, and there were many stains/spills on the floors from the kids that were not cleaned.

In my opinion when you have a one time job to do and 4of your employees call in sick then management should in to help do the job instead of sending out one employee to do the job or assignment
It's very hit or miss. Some days, they do a great job. Others, not so much. A bit uneven in terms of quality of clean.
Merry Maids does a great job, cleans in all the tight places I would miss and I do not have to be there, When I get home. my apartment is nice and clean
My MM people never seem to dust my lampshades. Also, it seems they will dust flat surfaces but often times ignore dusting items (pictures, art, etc.) placed on the flat surfaces. These couple of things are just observations I've made recently.
Employees are very thorough in their cleaning & always look to satisfy customer. Products appear to be 'green' to environment.
The cleaning was excellent and I was quite pleased with it, but, however, I was not happy at all with the pricing and feel I was charged an astronomical amount for a small two bedroom apartment. I know it was a "deep" cleana and the girl was at my house for five hours at least, but $319 was way out of my price range. I will not be using Merry Maids again in the future. Thank you.
I feel that the cleaning level is what I would normally accomplish for myself. Batgroom no cleaner than usual and not smelling that clean smell after cleaning.
Teresa's work is consistently high quality. She also discusses details well and offers alternatives as needed.
the cabinets and draws were not cleaned. There was no furniture in the house, it should have taken much less time. Very disappointed.
The quality of the cleaning was surprisingly great. Detailed and thorough. Chemicals and cleaners seem to leave a pleasant odor without that overwhelming chemical odor.

I used your services because I am selling my home and wanted it to be spotless . I was very satisfied with the job and with Sarah and Keith, and would not hesitate to call Merry Maids in the future.
My brother has been quite satisfied with one of your staff members, in particular. A few others were not as proficient in cleaning his home.
The Merry Maids really did not concentrate their efforts on the first visit with cleaning the shower/tub as instructed. You folks will be here this Tuesday (Oct 6th) I'm in hopes for a more improved cleaning.
They clean well & smell fresh
It's really important to me that my home is always thoroughly cleaned yet each time my home is cleaned something is missed, usually it's a kitchen counter or under the couches.
Service is inconsistent from one visit to the next.
Patty and Theresa were amazing. I was very impressed with their work and the products they used left everything sparkling. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would also like to request that both Patty and Theresa be assigned to my home. Also, when I got home Patty told me that she had taken my dog out for a little walk.

I think the job took longer and was bigger than originally thought....a few minor details were missed but, again, there was just sooo much to do in a house that hadn't been properly cleaned in ages and was getting ready to be sold for an Open House 9-20....all in all, a good job...Tha
