Being more thorough with each clean, for instance not skipping the floors and doing them every other week doing them every clean
Too many different cleaners, most off shook are not good at cleaning. Too many houses assigned to your cleaners so they rush. Unpredictable arrival times. Special attention schedule keeps getting messed up by the back office.
It would be more helpful to receive a "permanent" time slot which does not change every cleaning day.
Quality of Merry Maids is not consistent; some cleaners are truly better than others.

Thus far, the service has not been very good. Yesterday, under new management, our house was cleaned very well and inspected by the manager. If the service is consistently good, I may recommend Merry Maids to my friends.
Vicky did a great job she was very thorough. I was very happy with the job she did
Was supposed to be an initial deep cleaning and a lot was left unclean- under beds, couches, on top of tables, lamps, a tub, the bathroom floor, etc
The house was not nearly as clean as it should have been for the price and number of people involved. I was very disappointed
The products did not leave much after affect odor and the cleaning team was very efficient.
Late to appointment, house wasn't cleaned properly.
The cleaners were fantastic. I could not have been happier with them.
But the receptionists/schedulers were neither efficient nor completely honest about the process. I had to call back several times because they could not confirm a time. Each time I spoke with a different person who did not seem to have the information from a previous conversation. I told them the best number to reach me on and they called a different one. And worst- I finally got a confirmation that I would be the first appt. of the day, which I understood from the scheduler would be at 9 am. When I called at 10:30 because no one had showed up, I was told, "Oh they left Hanover at 9." Apparently this is standard procedure. but the scheduler never bothered to mention that the earliest possible time they would arrive was 10:30. Had I known this, I would not have gone with Merry Maids as I had a very tight schedule that day. All I ask is to have correct information and I was not given this.
Finally, I feel that I was overcharged. I was told the fee would be $295 +/- $50. Because this was an empty apartment with no rugs, carpets, furniture, beds to change, wastebaskets or trash to take out,there was far less to do than what is listed on the agreement as a standard clean. I fully expected to be charged $50 less that $295, (still VERY expensive for 2.5 hours of cleaning!!) but the charge on my credit card is for the full amount. It makes me wonder whether anyone ever is actually charged less. I doubt it. So, I'd like to have that $50 refunded to my credit card, though I doubt it will happen, an no, I am not likely to recommend Merry Maids--quite the opposite. If I could hire your cleaners without Merry Maids, I would be thrilled, because they were thorough and very personable, I was very disappointed with the level of service from the office of Merry Maids.
Friendly, hard working staff.They worked around several contractors which were helping us move and did so with excellent results.
So far everything has been very good.
Very thorough
I have to be honest, I noticed several areas where it was cleaned including my shower (dirt on the floor, door had mold on it), corners of the bathroom floor are still dirty, the dining room table wasn't even wiped down and the living room floor had dust bunnies all over. Other than the sinks (kitchen, 2 baths), I couldn't tell that anything else had been cleaned.

The Maids do not clean very well- they leave and the furniture is covered in dust, the floors still have dirt in the corners, the floors are not mopped very well. Even the kitchen counters are not completely clean. I think they are too much in a rush.
I feel that have the same team each time would improve both the cleaning and the time it takes to clean. My home is large and if a new team is coming it is helpful if I am present to explain what will and will not be cleaned. Although there is a work order for the team, the feedback that I have gotten when a new team arrives is that my explaining the work is helpful to the team. I am not always available to be present which is why I am asking to have consistency with the team that comes to my home.I have asked to be told which team is going to come to my home when the phone call is made to remind me of the cleaning appointment, but each time I have to make a call back to ask who is coming to my home. I would appreciated not having to call back to ask which team is coming.
The cleaning was suboptimal. I spent $260 for two hours of cleaning. To make up for the bad cleaning job I was offered a $50 credit towards my next cleaning which definitely will not happen. Very disappointed
Some weeks they do a great job, other weeks a poor job - very inconsistent
Get better directions for location and make sure cleaners have their phones on and check with you when they arrive. Staff at the home were very nice and thorough.

I am confident that all your people are well-screened and trustworthy. For that reason, I do not feel that it is ñecessary to be at home when they are cleaning.

Cob webs on chandelier in dining room, corner walls in rooms asked to clean. Floor of shower not clean, or door to shower (mold). Corners of floor in bathroom not touched. I have a small home with small rooms, I wouldn't suspect that taking the time to thoroughly clean the floors or dust would take very long. This is my second disappointing experience.
