Service is top notch.....employees are friendly & listen well to my wants & needs!!

I put a five because the girls that come are always changing, and I feel like the price is really high for the amount of time spent and the cheap natural products that are used.

The people are very efficient and timely and do a very nice job and are always considered of your privacy.

Cost would be the limiting factor for most people I know

Merry Maids is wonderful! The cleaners are very thorough and we appreciate that they use mild cleansers and vinegar. We receive an email when they are on their way which is helpful for us. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone!

Attention to redirection if needed. Never have to ask twice. I always get my home cleaned as I want it done.

New construction cleaning. Two walls I pointed out at o yet were covered in construction dust were not fcleaned. Had to scrub them down myself. Otherwise then that, good job

Cleaning done correctly and professional conduct and attitude.

We were told we would have approximately four man hours for each trip at the maximum some of the trips have been as short as 45 minutes total there for a little areas are being skipped or lightly done

They were on time and did a professional job. I never need to worry that nobody will show up.

The ladies you hire are usually very responsive to what we as customers ask of them. We really con't like the green smeary cleaning product you use however. I ask them to clean with the products we provide. Diane does an excellent job of scheduling.

The house even smells clean after they are finished!
I greatly appreciate the attention to details paid to the cleaning and I never feel
that anything has been overlooked.

Very efficient and on time!

The ladies always do a nice job. I like that they "zero" in on a couple of areas once a month.

I wasn't there during the move out cleaning but it was easy to set up and only took a few hours. The ladies did a wonderful job, would hire again.

I felt Ike my house was finally clean. We really love Haley and we hope she can continue with us. She was great and seemed like she really cared.

Good work in cleaning. Products seem nontoxic and smell good. You kept your people working through this pandemic. You remind me of cleaning appointments a couple days before.

Rooms weren't done even when I asked why. Different people forgot various things expected to be done and written down on the sheets. Then sheets were taken and not replaced so that I could not specify which room to deep clean.

And now I'm still waiting for the return of my key, although my payment for the last badly-done cleaning has been received and that check cancelled.

I was very impressed with the quality of service provided. Our first experience was amazing and we are excited to be ongoing customers.

The first few weeks of housecleaning were great!! They would leave us a note of the extra cleaning item they would do that week. They would leave the house spotless. But after that things started getting missed. For example the floor behind the toilet, and moving items to dust under them. We’re hoping things improve again.
