The cleaning isnt always consistent. Sometimes the bathroom floors dont get done and other times they do. Sometimes the shower doesnt get cleaned and other times they do. Its a little pricey to have inconsistent cleanings every time.
Left easily lifted pink stickers on vacuumed floor.

bathroom floor still had spots on it, which I cleaned. Soap scum left on some tiles in shower. Had the girl go back and clean tracks on shower door. Dust in corners of cabinet face in bathroom.

The only think that might be a deterrent would be the price for your service. Maybe if you offered a price break for those folks who use their own products or frequently use your services, there could be something during the owner's birthday month (or holiday season). Just my 2 cents.

The folks at Merry Maids come to clean our office every two weeks and they alway do an amazing job. Everyone who works there is kind, considerate, efficient, and effective. I have no complaints whatsoever!

I already emailed a list of items that were extremely disappointing. I asked for a deep clean, move-in clean, and arrived to find cobwebs in corners, inside cabinets, and on lights, dust on windows and thick layers on blinds, debris in the corners of all of the rooms, food particles on counter tops. This was not a quality cleaning and I will not be re-hiring for our weekly maintenance cleaning!
