The only reason I didn't go higher is that Merry Maids is a bit more expensive than the other place we use.

They were throe and took great care of our home! Im glad i took a chance on them.

I believe i already wrote in and voiced my concerns. I thought we were going to have a deep clean our first service and then a regular clean after that. I noticed the living room wan not dusted at all (mantel, Living room Coffee table, Tv stand.) As well as the cupboards were not wiped down . With that being said, everything else looked great! and i would recommend Merry Maids in the future

I thought the girls did a great job cleaning my windows. I was wrong. The sun came out and I can see what a horrible job they did. Very disappointed. They were nice, though.

The team did great while they were here. I am not sure I can give any ways to improve other than make sure you have some information about the appliances maybe equip them with a tablet or an app on their cell phone that allows them to check cleaning instructions.

We had the cleaners moving around the house cleaning while the photographer was photographing the house and without power for a little bit. So the service was great, but some things did get missed because of this issue.

Efficient, courtesy and I like the no chemical products

Cleaning was done very well.. satisfied with direct cleaning staff. Communication with offices was poor and cleaning staff didn't have the right info about which rooms and tasks to do. The time was changed twice and at the last minute.. frustrating

I was busy working and didn't get a chance to look everything over. On the surface, the cleaning looked good and I told the cleaning people that, but when my girlfriend came home, she showed me so many places where cleaning was missed and that it wasn't a great job, just OK.
