Good work in cleaning. Products seem nontoxic and smell good. You kept your people working through this pandemic. You remind me of cleaning appointments a couple days before.
Rooms weren't done even when I asked why. Different people forgot various things expected to be done and written down on the sheets. Then sheets were taken and not replaced so that I could not specify which room to deep clean.
And now I'm still waiting for the return of my key, although my payment for the last badly-done cleaning has been received and that check cancelled.
I was very impressed with the quality of service provided. Our first experience was amazing and we are excited to be ongoing customers.
The first few weeks of housecleaning were great!! They would leave us a note of the extra cleaning item they would do that week. They would leave the house spotless. But after that things started getting missed. For example the floor behind the toilet, and moving items to dust under them. We’re hoping things improve again.

I scheduled a deep clean, and the only thing that was deep cleaned was my kitchen cabinets, and that was done prior to me leaving.
The baseboards were skipped, masterbathroom, bedroom windows and sills, and garbages.
2 girls were inexperienced and not very efficient. Had to instruct them and do things over again
Savannah (and any other team members she may have worked with) did a FANTASTIC job. The place was spotless -- nicer than it had been when we moved in!
Products smell amazing
As usual very clean and they rotate projects to give extra attention to different areas such as blinds or window ledges.
The people who come and clean my house are always friendly, efficient, and do a wonderful job. I always look forward to the days they come and clean.
The ladies are very nice, very efficient and really great at what they do! Much appreciated. :-)
