We would like to have a consistent team of "regulars" that we can develop a relationship with, and who can learn the quirks of our home. With a new team from week to week areas are missed, and there is a lack of consistency in quality.

Reliable. I've been a customer for almost 20 years. Nothing has ever gone missing. Shiny floors and sinks, nice smell, good response to feedback.

Staff in office and the cleaning crews are very professional with pleasant personalities.

I already contacted Merry Maids. Last time I had my home cleaned - I was not pleased. The area around my tub (floor and the area around the tub) was not cleaned properly.

They do a great job on cleaning the bathrooms and I don't know what they use on the wood floors, but they shine!

There was dust on the stacked dryer.There was dust and a flosser under the bathroom basin.I paid for and didn't receive a thorough cleaning.

You are bonded. I have never had any trouble with any of the staff. I can call the office if a problem arises. You are flexible about dates when I need to change

Whenever I have any changes to my cleaning such as cancellations, reschedule, preference to who you want to clean they are very pleasant and make the changes.

I love coming home to a clean house! Merry Maids does a great job cleaning and making our home look pleasing.

Reliable, honest.

Not a big deal, but we were expecting a call when they were on the way, but they just showed up at the door. We were here and ready for them, but it was something we were told would happen and it didn't.

I did not rate higher because one observation is not enough to develop a good answer.

Misty and Trish always call before they arrive. They are very courteous, congenial, get their work done in a timely fashion. They are easy to talk with while they are working. These 2 ladies have been taking care of our house for nearly 2 years. We have no complaints.
