Becca cleaned for us yesterday, and did a wonderful job. One of our best cleanings ever! She did several things I asked her to do. All of our brass objects look great!
The first crew that came through didn't do the best job. They messed up the carpet too. The second crew did great finishing everything and the carpet repair is good. Just not a great way to start off with a new client.

Consistency and use of natural products.
Your employees are professional, competent, trustworthy and respectful. They go the extra mile. We have been clients for many years and have never had an issue. Communication via phone or email is convenient and personal. The only two things I can think of for improvement is that WE need to communicate where to park to those coming to clean so they don’t have to move their car so we can get out of the garage. Once a Merry Maid smoked before arriving to clean but the smell lingered on her clothes. They’ve never smoked in our home or outside.

I love how thorough and trustworthy Merry Maids has been! They consistently do an excellent job of cleaning our whole house, & I never worry about “strangers” there while I am not.
They work hard, are efficient with their time, and do a good job.
The gals were great at
Great job
Master bath not swept or mopped. Toothpaste still in sinks. Dust around base of toilet. Trash not emptied. Garden tub surface not dusted. Some rooms not dusted, or items were dusted around. Same with first floor wood floors, things were mopped around. You could still see dust/unmopped areas. Dining room table not dusted at all. We feel as though we received 50% effort on our cleaning. One of the ladies seemed to do a nice job, while the other seemed to have a lack of attention-to-detail. Overall, we definitely weren’t wowed by the job Merry Maids did. Microwave cleaning was probably the biggest success! It looked great! We spent an additional 2.5 hours cleaning the things Merry Maids didn’t, or didn’t do well. 50% off our next cleaning would make things “right”. How does Merry Maids think they could make our first visit “right”? If our first/initial visit wasn’t that great, how can we count on your team for future visits? Thank you

The cleaning teams seem to have different standards for cleanliness. The staff is friendly and great to work with, but not everything gets cleaned during some visits.

I don’t have to worry about anything House cleaned while at work this last cleaning was best so far.
The service provides all necessary equipment and supplies to clean. I do not have to store a vacuum, mop, bucket and other supplies. There is limited space in my apartment.
The two Merry Maid cleaners who did a deep cleaning on a first visit were affable and diligent in their work. They asked questions as to what I wanted completed.
Through the central office, I have negotiated a routine with the same cleaners which makes it easier to maintain consistency for me. I have a calendar that tends to get filled in with activity, not all of which is here where I reside.
The products used are "green" which is a good as I have developed some environmental allergies. I have had no reaction so far from the cleaning.
