For the most part it is fine. I still don't think the baseboards are done enough; neither are the corners of rooms where washing the floors takes place. It looks dirty.
Consistency
They are very quick and do a great job. They can even catch things that I would have missed.

Reliability
I did notice my toothbrush holder and caddy on my bathroom counter we’re not wiped down. And the bathroom floors could of been a little better! Other than that the girls were very friendly and did a great job!
No consistency. Not thorough in cleaning. Does not remove shoes upon entering my home. Some teams are not friendly at all. Teams always seem rushed. Messy around the edges. Too pricey for quality of services.
Our house was in need of a deep cleaning due to our previous cleaning persons lack of doing so. MM came in and did just that! It was so clean and perfect that I just wanted to sit and admire their work. Can’t reccomend them enough!
Detail, no one pays attention to detail, they seem to want to get in and out and on to the next... Spills on a chair, no one noticed, no one had wiped down my kitchen cabinets until I requested and even then only a few were. There is a layer of dust on the bathroom wall and no one has addressed it... I don't complain because my house is usually 80% better after they leave.
The ladies are so respectful and always leave the house sparkling. The smell of the cleaning products is pleasant.
