I could not say enough good things about ServiceMaster of Niagara. From the moment Will Tischler came to assess the water damage, he immediately got to work and within a couple of hours, the emergency crew came to dehumidify the place. Will was also very helpful in guiding me through the insurance and repair process as this was my first time. Once I got approval from my insurance, Will’s hard-working team immediately got busy in tearing down the water-damaged areas. Colin Aruda was also an integral part of the process, as he helped bring together different contractors that would best suit the project such as plumbing, carpentry, flooring, cabinets, etc. He was also my middleman and my advocate in ensuring that my concerns were addressed during the process. More importantly, I appreciated how he ensured everything ran as efficient as possible, as this was a rental business and I had to resume operations ASAP.
The contractors they work with were fast, professional, and highly skilled. I had the pleasure of meeting Julian and Shawn who worked on painting my cabinet and baseboard (respectively).
Overall, working with ServiceMaster has made the repair and insurance process less stressful. The job was completed in a timely manner and I would say that my place definitely looked better than before.
