This was my first time at this location. Excellent service, excellent staff, and of course the food was excellent.
We were seated quickly and our server did a wonderful job taking care of us. The food was also great.

All of our came out barely warm and wasn't very good. Chips were not fried very good. My son said his hamburger wasn't good. Also, we were not asked what heat we would like. We usually have a good experience here but last night we did not. Service was ok but unfortunately, the food was just not very good.
Please take time to review the requested items via online orders to ensure what was requested, was provided. Two consecutive orders were missing content. Only discovered when I returned home. These were veggie sides both recent occasions.
It was great and one of the best Waitress I have ever had there. I will ask for her the next time.

The waitress was great. While we waited for seat the hostess said that they were cleaning a table for us. The young man who was supposed to clean it was to busy taking to people at the bar and watching games on the TV. The servers have been great lately, but the overall experience has not been as good.
Very slow to sit us. There were four customers in front of us waiting to be seated also, they left. They had been waiting for a table also. It took forever for us to get our food. We ordered something new, that we had never had before, and it was a disappointment. We ordered the nacho supreme.
Our waitress was great. She was extremely attentive. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience
Service was good, don't understand why you continue run out of food. Tried to order a chicken sandwich and did not have the chicken and then tried to order tater tots for an app and you did not have any of those as well....
We enjoy EC Wings however, this location has cont. to disappoint us for years......We don't come as much as we used to. We will not give up on you, just will not be our first choice of places to go eat.

Hi! First and foremost, we LOVE East Coast Wings in Kernersville, NC. We had a concern about the freshness of our online order yesterday (Sat, July 13th). I don't consider myself a wing connoisseur, but at my age and after years of eating chicken wings, I can tell the difference in food that's fresh against food that's been sitting for hours upon hours or when it's been reheated (possibly wings left over from the night before that didn't sell). I called the store and spoke with a manager named Alyssa or Melissa. She was kind and compassionate toward my concerns and she's going to replace half of our order on our next visit.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened. We've visited the other ECW locations on Country Club Rd. and Peters Creek Parkway (both in Winston-Salem, NC) and have questioned the freshness of our orders at the Country Club location. Sometimes it feels as though when we request freshly-dropped wings, the cook takes it upon himself to re-dip current wings. Again, my taste buds know the difference, especially when the wings end up being too hard to chew and/or dried out.
We thank Alyssa/Melissa for hearing us out and rectifying part of our initial order. In a world where so many people are dishonest, I'm glad she could discern that we were genuinely sincere about our concerns.

Our order was complete. It was packed up and ready to go when arrived to pick it up. Everything we ordered was delicious!
