The food was awesome the service was very excellent, but the music that is played is horrible! Very sad sappy music. Every time I come in there it’s depressing.
The whole team did great, from walking in, getting seated right away, to the manager bringing the food. The whole team was was engaged.

Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Boneless chicken was amazing as was the macaroni & cheese and onion rings. I had my ECW birthday reward and it took care of a huge part of our bill.

More wait staff.....I requested floppy chips and was given basically raw half cooked chips! Server was too busy to track down and get this fixed!

I enjoy Amanda in the bar serving area. And I think the Volcanic sauce is the BEST wing sauce made by anyone. And ECW cooks the wings great, too.

I’m not much on recommending places
I have been going to east coast for years. The food is always good and if I ever have a problem they always fix it no problem. I love to bring my family and friends and we always have a great time.
I liked my food but hated that you no longer had the mac and cheese with steak strips.

Food is always cold
Embarrassing portion sizes… I actually took a picture and had planned on posting a negative review. All 6 of the “sweet potato fries” that you put on my son’s plate was a total Insult. This location, when they first opened, was awesome!! Unfortunately, it’s all gone downhill since… Food, service, atmosphere… I can go on and on. Frankly, can’t wait for them to go out of business so a nice little tavern will move in there.
