My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger quesadilla. He did not like the flavor of the ground meat. Tasted way too salty.
My wings were not done and cold,I was very disappointed because I tip the cashier, the bartender as I was sitting waiting on my food so I have a drink so I tipped him,once my food came out I tip the lady that brought my food out as well,I was just being a good Samaritan, but boy why I was the one that got the horrible food I just don't understand!!! I was so mad I threw it away I was on my lunch I didn't have time to come back!!!
The food was good and hot. Our waitress did a great job of keeping our drinks refilled.

This was our first visit to ECW and it was EXCELLENT!!!!!! The staff at the door greeted us immediately, Mary was our waitress and she went above and beyond for us!!! The food was unbelievably good and FULL of flavor. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE and will definitely be back!!!

Honestly, the food was not good. I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and I didn't realize you had changed it. It tasted like chili...I was sick all night after eating it. My husband got a chicken sandwich with the BBQ sauce and grilled chicken. The chicken was dry and tough, and not enough sauce on it to even taste it. My daughter-in-law got a chicken wrap of some sort and she only ate maybe half of it, just not good and was tough. The other two in our party got chicken tenders which were okay. The two appetizers we got were good, but the quantity of those have gone down too, but the price sure hasn't. The amount of fries on my plate was a joke. You get more with a small at McDonald's!! The quality and quantity at your restaurant has really gone down. We hadn't eaten there in a while, and not sure that we will after this. The waitress did a pretty good job at keeping our drinks filled.
We always have great food and the staff is ALWAYS pleasant to deal with. We come often and will continue to do so.

Excellent service and food. Very reasonably priced. Employees are all very friendly and accommodating. Most of the time we eat there once a week.
