The food was good, service was good and I was with my daughter so that was also good!
Good service and drinks
You want that place where people know your name and if they don't they will ask , It is called being friendly and it should take little effort , That is what you will find at East Coast Wings North Main St High Point , And the best part is good food , Give them a try,
Sat @ the bar this time the bar tender was very attentive to, what I needed and kept my tea glass full. She was cheerful and very pleasant to talk to, while she paid attention to her other customers.

Delicious wings and fast service!
We were very disappointed that we ordered 25 wings for 4 people (in addition to entrees) and were only allowed to choose 2 sauces (without paying an "upcharge" for additional choices). It would be nice if there were a different rule - such as: 1 flavor per 5 wings.

Went to eat there 8/23/2024 at 8:05 pm. We were sat at a table promptly, then Staff basically ignored us as they were busy cleaning and mopping the floors. 10 minutes later we placed our drink orders & ordered Nachos as an appetizer. 10 minutes later our drinks arrived and we ordered our food. 5 minutes later hot chips came out but no appetizer. (Hot chips were NOT ordered as an appetizer--we ordered them with our meal.) Another 5 minutes and the food we ordered came out. Our server told us the Nachos were on the way. I told her we ordered them as an APPETIZER, we should have gotten them first & we didn't want them now. She seemed confused and said she would tell her Manager.
This used to be our favorite place to eat but the service has really gone down hill here. I don't understand why a business would choose to close at 9 pm on a Saturday but whatever. It's annoying to go the bathroom and walk through a freshly mopped floor too. The food was good--it's just a shame that we felt rushed and didn't get what we ordered. Also, there was only one other table in the whole place, but driving through King there were several places PACKED at this hour...Heads up, bad service equals no customers.
My food is always good and I never have to wait long for my food. When I am given a time, my food is ready.

I have been overcharged in the past, I have been given the wrong salad dressing in the past, I have emailed the company about being owed a free chicken Caesar salad in the past after making 2 trips to east coast & someone being a perk decided to throw a salt shaker on top of my 2nd salad made because the first one was wrong & not a grilled chicken Caesar but a different salad was given to me, so it went in the trash, I have picked up a g. c. c. salad with the dressing already poured all over it & made the entire salad/lettuce/pretzel croutons soggy & inedible because I don't eat the whole thing in one meal, always 2 or 3 meals. Im still owed a salad & that's been forever ago.

Friendly staff and great lunch specials
Make us feel as if we are welcome instead of being a problem for Brandy… she is Very Rude and makes us feel uncomfortable when we go to restaurant, and has made us wait and practically ignores us when we enter ECW’s doors. We love the restaurant, and cannot figure out what her problem is with us. Always have been and continue to be good customers and tip pretty good also.
Everything was good for us, we hadn't visited in a while, but are looking forward to eating and drinking here again.
