a lot of times we are there the waitresses are gathered in the middle unused area and talking instead of staying on top of their tables. for a sandwich and a wrap during a non busy time we waited over 30 minutes and there was not explanation as to why it’s taking so long and multiple people that came in after us got their food before us.
My food wasn’t even warm. I got it to go called it in and picked up
Immediately. The chips were brown and overcooked. Wings were dry. It felt like whoever cooked my food could have cared less!

ECW&G is consistently a great experience. Our last server Bella was awesome! She stays on top of things and is always there to offer refills on drinks or anything else we might need. She is very friendly and always smiles and it truly seems like she enjoys helping others out. And the General Manager Shane Winegar always comes by to make sure we are well taken care of. This is our go to spot and we have never been disappointed. Recommend to anyone!!!
Prompt service and delicious food.
When ordering online, I always order extra carrots and celery. When picking up the order, it has become a pattern that my order is missing one of those extra sides when I get home. I go back to the store, address the issue, and it is fixed with no issues.
On one order, a manager stated that I have this issue frequently. I agreed that it does happen often. She came back with the missing side and stated " I am going to give it to you this time, but I will ask you to check the bag in the store before you leave because that cannot be happening every time." This statement was very accusatory, assuming that I am fabricating a story about a 75 cent side of carrots or celery.
I am glad that she has the back of her employees, but to make that statement was unnecessary. I have looked at my order in store before with the same result, so I am assuming some processes with completing the order are not as effective as they might make it seem.
Great people, great food, great location. Always clean inside and out. Kaleb and Dion do a great job. Micah, Paloma (probably misspelled this), and Jordan are exceptional. Everyone helps Everyone. Great positive environment.
Friendly staff, great menu
Consistency. Lately when I go to order the menu has changed and this isn't the first time it's happened. Options fall away and/or are reimplemented. The website ordering is really bad, though I did dl the app last week and that went smoother, however the next time I used it, again the menu had changed. Things we love, is 'all flats' option, that seems to come and go, and the option for NO carrots and celery which also seemed to have changed on the website or rather the option was no longer there. Feels a bit like multiple programmers and too many hands in the kitchen kind of thing.
Friendly staff. Great menu. Lots of options. Can find something for all ages. My eight-year-old likes bone in wings with honey barbecue. My 11-year-old likes the wings plain no sauce. Good prices. And I especially enjoy the rewards plan. OK.
Consistent quality and a great staff make this the best Wing place in Greensboro and it’s not even close. I’m a regular for a reason - you all do an awesome job, every time.
Sometimes the service takes awhile, whether that is due to staff or how busy it is. But we have been there a couple times where it wasn't busy and the waitress would not come check on us even to refill our drinks and it took ages to get our food. Most of the staff is friendly and the food quality is great! There are times we want ECW and decide against it because a few bad experiences we had. We find carryouts are a better experience so we do not have to deal with having bad customer experience
Great food and sero
Every ingredient used in making our salads, except for green peppers, was an inadequate portion. An amazingly poor showing by you guys. Way too much money for the product you gave us. A very surprising result from a restaurant that just doesn't disappoint normally

The wings were not fresh. They were hard (not fried too hard) but hard like they had sat around and got cold and stiff then microwaved and you threw some sauce. The chips were good/ fresh.
