Service was great, food was ok which has been the case past few trips.
Main thing is I ask for the wings extra crispy every time and they never are.
Also you guys got rid of lava petals wtf!!

Flavor of the food
Please make sure that you are making sure utensils to eat meals are included on to go orders. This is the 2nd time I didn’t have any forks or knives with my salad
I wish you had the chart available listing all your wing flavors. It seems like they did away with that last year. I buy wings to go about 15 times a year in Lynchburg, VA. We always get honey bbq and Grand Cayman, but I'd love to know what are say, the top 10 flavors in order of preference.
The staff is friendly. The service is great. The food is amazing.

It's not wise to box wings together if they are different flavors some many not want hot wings sauce on the Caribbean wings.
The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Came by several times to check in on us to see if we needed anything.

Wing sizes are good, wing quality was good, cook quality was perfect, everything was exactly as ordered and ready on time. I could have used a bit more sauce but otherwise it was great.

Are there special deals on food during the dinner hour? I am a single gal who ends up dropping $30+ for a meal and that’s without alcohol. The rewards program is ok but doesn’t always help enough. I love the wings and honestly everything else I have but it has to be the only place I eat out in a week or weekend because of the costs.
Our server was wonderful. The wings were fresh and piping hot, which is the way we like them! For some reason, the didn't reach all the way to the bone. Yes, we chose our favorite flavors, but the meat was actually kind of bland. That had never happened before, but again, they were very fresh!
