Last time I was in there, they gave me chicken that was cooked earlier, reheated,and it was so hard to bent the fork when I tried to use it. Not sure what’s going on with the tea sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s terrible.
I showed the utensil to the waitress.

Waiting and management staff are always pleasant to be there. They continue to help when needed as for refilling drinks.

They did ask if I wanted them to re-cook something I told them no I was afraid that the next round was gonna be as hard as that one was. I brought them home was gonna eat them or try to end up throwing them in the trash.
A lot of wasted money.

Before that meal, I would’ve gave him a 10. Not everything great every time but pretty pleasant most of the time.

Good wings, great variety of flavors and heat indexes. One suggestion- sometimes wings come out with plenty of sauce, sometimes kind of dry. Imconsistent. This could be improved.

Placed a to go order & made the mistake of not checking it before leaving only to find part of the order was missing & had to return to get the rest of the order.

Not miss part of the order when bagging it is the best way to make it right.
