good food, fair price, great service
Are there special deals on food during the dinner hour? I am a single gal who ends up dropping $30+ for a meal and that’s without alcohol. The rewards program is ok but doesn’t always help enough. I love the wings and honestly everything else I have but it has to be the only place I eat out in a week or weekend because of the costs.
Our server was wonderful. The wings were fresh and piping hot, which is the way we like them! For some reason, the didn't reach all the way to the bone. Yes, we chose our favorite flavors, but the meat was actually kind of bland. That had never happened before, but again, they were very fresh!

My order was wrong and the service was rude. I got home a saw that my wrap barely had chicken or tomatoes in it. I had paid extra for sauce and tomato and they completely forgot to put sauce. My wings were over cooked. Just a total disappointment and I will likely never return to that specific location. Waste of money

Yeah, atmosphere was pleasant and fun the waitress was awesome. The facility is clean. Just a great place to have a date night.
Was quoted 5 min wait time ended up waiting 30 mins. Got sat and waitress walked past us many times sat there for 15 mins before she came over. She brought us our drinks & food. That’s about it. My daughter spilt her drink. I told her. She said oh ok that’s fine. I’m thinking she’s going to bring napkins and my daughter a new water. Wrong.She came back over without a new drink. I had to ask for a new drink. She brings it then runs off. I then waited 10 more mins to get a new straw. She came to our table maybe 4 times. Took her longer to come over and get us drinks and take our order than it did for the kitchen to prepare our food!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I want to personally apologize for the poor service you experienced during your recent We visit. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. The wings were great and the beer was cold.
Overpriced relative to similar establishments in area.
I do mostly order online and take home. It’s super convenient to the hospital, easy to order online, and very fast and courteous serve every time.
Very courteous and friendly employees. Great atmosphere. Delicious food.
I love East Coast Wings. The food and service are always great, plus as an added bonus, it's one of the few places our little one will eat.
Parking is horrible

Menu is getting a little boring even when you change or add to it seems to be predictable for East Coast wing.
I’ve had a one patty burger at a place that was cooked to order had a special sauce of theirs, but also had goat cheese and an onion fig jam. It was delicious. Maybe you could research a burger of such thank you for the opportunity to give you feedback.

1) Add a couple of tea bags to darken the color of tea. 2) manager spoke to the regular patrons and passed out gift cards? Never bothered to say hello or any gesture towards my table. we may have become regular patrons. We were not given the chance.
On pickup orders having someone always out front, been there many times and no one is out front to get your order!
