Awesome staff!
I was out with some friends for my Birthday that haven't been to East Coast Wings. The food was good and gave us good portions. My friends snd I enjoyed the food and service.
Sent email yesterday, ordered online 5 wings with extra charge all flappers, got 2 flappers 3 drumsticks. Preferences is for all flappers that is why pay extra and you did not meet expectations
Can one explain why? 2nd time pick up order messed up.

Food is always amazing! Large portions for a great price.
I ordered through doordash and the tater tots arrived soggy- maybe putting a napkin under them to reduce moisture or waiting a bit to close the box.

Placed an order schedule for a 7:30 pickup at approximately 6PM. Wasn’t able to receive my order until around 7:45, which is important because I only have a 30 minute lunch break and use 25 minutes of it to travel, causing me to be late back. They also forgot my order of Chips with my food. I give it a 5 because the food I DID receive was still good. I like the food at this location but they need to do better with getting scheduled orders out on time and making sure they are ACCURATE.
Great people and cold beer with friendly staff
My order was not correct I ordered 15 bourbon street wings 7 mild heat index 8 virgin heat index what I got was 8 bourbon st and 7 regular wings with mild sauce . I called the place and they went back and fourth with me about what I ordered and how it should look I give everything a zero I usually attend the one in Burlington customer service is well there ….What you could do is refund me my money back for the 7 wings that were messed up
Excellent bar service. Wings were terrific
met a group for lunch and the waitress was very helpful in meeting all of our needs. Good value with the 25 wing special.

Wings not good & overcooked. Spicy sauce had a bland taste & was not hot. Was charged for ranch that should have came with wings. Macaroni was burnt & overcooked
