TOPLESS WAITRESS
Not a long wait. Service was good. It had been a long time since we had ate there. Food was good.
Good wings and beverages. Inviting atmosphere.
I love the food and location. I know the owners and feel that it doesn’t go out and promote like it should. Location is not the greatest here in Florence so it should heavily rely on take out or delivery. Since Duck Donuts is also its business should do coupons for each other to all patrons. Every fine in guest at restaurant would get a coupon for a free donut next door. Every donut patron would receive a coupon for a free wing next door. More advertising, promote flavors and get business. I put it at a 7 because all my friends are just not sure about it like other spots.
The restaurant was delayed opening for an all employee meeting on a Saturday. Who does that?
I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious. I will definitely return

The service here is abysmal. I’ve went twice the server disappears after taking your order and doesn’t come back to check in. The food here is pretty great
Prices are way too high for what you get. Side options need more vegetable choices (not chilled vegetables, but option for cooked carrots)

Good place to eat, love the buffalo tenders. Sometimes crowded with it hard to seat more than 6
The food is great. Service is a little slower than I would like. We were there with 3 other tables and the wings were not hot by the time we got them. Other than that the waitress was amazing

Sometimes when I go, not to a specific location, the place is a bit more disorganized, messy and it feels like the staff may be overwhelmed with the work. Better training and standards would improve the overall experience.
We love the skillet cookie!!!!!
The flavor profiles and to great cook on wings burgers and fries are top notch will always be my go to if quality remains.
I’m okay with your decision
I called to place an order and no one picked up the phone. I tried for 20 minutes straight at 7pm on a wednesday. If I can't call to place my order, I guess I have to go somewhere else.
Oh I also tried to do it on the APP first, and that failed. So If your app doesnt work, and no one picks up the phone, my only other option is go down place an order in the store, and I dont have that kind of time. Hickory Tavern makes wings too.
