Customer service and waot times at my location greensboro nc tate st please! Waosted ao much time even afyer ordering 30 to 45 monutes in advance.
New garden location greensboro nc is always on point. Also if possi le please give me some points or free wings for all thr trouble i always deal with at tate st please! Ha e a blessed day
The staff at the King location do a great job getting your pick-up order correct. The crew that used to be in Mt. Airy....not so much.

Advertisements need to be accurate. This location advertised half off appetizers and beer on Mondays but it didn't include all appetizers (excluded nachos and coconut shrimp) on the flyer. I recommended to the manager to update their advertisement.
Also the nachos would be better if served with real shredded cheese and not a cheese spread.
Food was hot and fresh and all the dipping sauces were included. Chips were a bit too salty.
We frequent the Kernersville location because of the personnel. Our food is always consistently great as well. We enjoy taking advantage of the specials also.

you need a better cut of lettuce not big chunky pieces it really needs a overhaul the salad itself is great but get a better cut or grade of lettuce.
Ordering in app can be a little confusing in choices when ordering buffalo sauce vs adding a flavor. Also, you use to be able to select a ranch or blue cheese to go with a buffalo tenders order along with adding one to for the chips, now you can only add it to chips. A dipping sauce with both the entree and the side would be nice, if you have 5 tender meal you run our or ranch before eating all the tenders.
The food was great!!! We absolutely love the chips too!!! Most importantly, the waitress was the best. She was so friendly and made us feel very welcome to East Coast Wings. We will definitely be back very soon!!!

My. Husband ordered wings and he walked away for 5 minutes and they brought them out right after probably 6 minutes later. He had them redo the order. They couldn’t have been done that fast. We were disappointed that never happened before and we order all the time
Everyone is always so nice.. nobody ever makes me feel uncomfortable or like out of place if that makes sense? It’s always so delicious.. and just the best!!
