Take the grease out of the wings before putting them in the to go box. The grease was everywhere.
I ordered the boneless wings and chips special and did not receive my chips. When I called I was told I could be refunded a $1. That’s actually funny. Keep your dollar and figure out how to make sure to give people all their food. As I was picking up my food another customer was complaining about not receiving their complete order. How hard is it to get an order right? We ordered 3 items. Shldnt be that hard.
Friendly service, clean restaurant, fair prices and GREAT Manager, Stephen. My wife and I eat at the Lynchburg location two or three times every week and at times we even come with friends or our extended family.

Great , always love eating here ! Only one bad experience I’ve had was the restroom was out of soap … so I asked the manager lady if she had any, she replied “ I haven’t had time to get any” and just stared at me lol … so i sat back down and just used extra hand sanitizer I had … then I watched a waitress use the bathroom knowing there was no soap then she immediately came out the restroom to serve her tables .. gross! Food was great until that experience but I’d go there anyday I’ll just get a different waitress.. Food is always Great ! 10/10 recommend ..
The food was great as usual but the music was too loud. We hurriedly ate and then left. We were at the Hickory location.

Fill the entire order. My order was not complete I had a full chip order not included and it was not replaced
We were seated promptly and tended to by our server. Server was readily available and was prompt on refilling our water. Food was fresh and tasty.
I am disappointed about the portion sizes specifically the double cheese burger. I noticed the patties was significantly smaller and also the limit of only 1 slice of cheese I think is RIDICULOUS!

I ordered bone-in medium wings. I got back boneless ones but I told the server that I would just go ahead and eat them anyway. Mistakes happen. I start eating them and they weren’t medium. She was busy and I kept looking for her and she just shows up with the bone-in ones I ordered in the first place. I told her the boneless ones weren’t medium, she takes them away, comes back and says the cooks say they were. The person I was with tried one before she took them and said they were too hot to be medium. No apology or anything just “well are these okay”? I realize people are busy or have bad days so I would have just let this slide but I had this same server before. I ordered a beer and she gave me one that I didn’t order. I watched her pour it and didn’t say anything because I thought it was for someone else. She gave it to me and I told her that it was fine and I would drink it but it wasn’t the beer I ordered. She snatches it, dumps it, and gives me the correct one without saying a word and walks away. I’ve been coming here since this place opened which I guess has been 10 years now. I don’t think I’ve ever complained before but I have had issues with this bartender twice now.
